The Department The team brings a unique partnership with Invesco's distribution teams to deliver onboarding, client reporting, and marketing support services to clients throughout their lifecycle with Invesco.

Your Role Serve as the primary internal contact for clients and client consultants to follow-up on any investment or service issues for the various products. In addition, this position will team with Project Management and Business Analysts on new or current projects.

You will be responsible for: Coordinate and complete client reports and client service requests in conjunction with Investment Centers, Performance teams, Sales & Service, Marketing and other departments

Provide first tier support in addressing client questions, fulfilling standing requests, and completing ad hoc requests for clients (client reports, consultant update questionnaires, compliance and audit requests, changes to guidelines, etc.)
Build customized meeting presentations for internal and external clients
Resolve service related problems or questions and provide documentation
Analyze information to anticipate problems and issues ahead of time, recognize potential reporting-related issues before they arise, and provide solutions for the problems/issues
Lead meetings and maintain partnerships with collaborators and clients
Thoroughly examine current processes, identify ways to incorporate increased efficiencies and the promotion of automated solutions as well as implementation in a structured manner
Assist Project Management team as needed with managing and/or implementing projects, owning through the entire project lifecycle
Maintain project schedules and plans, supervising overall progress of the project, and identifying and managing project issues and risks
Collaborate with offshore report production
The experience you bring:
2 plus years professional experience in the financial services industry (preferably in a client reporting or client service role)
High accuracy, detail-oriented, and ability to work well under time constraints
Organize and prioritize time and resources to meet goals and expectations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to resolve important and critical items in a fast paced environment
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

The Department
The Invesco Private Markets (IPM) accounting team is responsible for investor, fund and account level financial reporting, management of the fund treasury process, coordination of annual audits, and coordination and review of investor and fund level tax filing requirements for real estate, debt, and private equity funds.
The IPM accounting team is also involved acquisitions and dispositions and coordination with joint venture partners, third party service providers and property management companies.
Your Role
The Assistant Controller manages the financial reporting and oversight of certain client real estate portfolios and/or Fund products. This role supports the Controller and oversees Sr. Accountants and Hyderabad personnel on assigned client accounts.
You will be responsible for:
Overseeing Senior Accountants on assigned portfolios and performing higher level risk-based review on a monthly/quarterly basis prior to final review performed by Controller. Setup and accounting for complex multi-tier investments and commingled funds. Serving as primary point of contact for Portfolio and Asset Management for all accounting related matters on assigned portfolios. Working with Product Management department to answer/provide information for current and prospective investors. Coordinating, preparing, and completing all audit reports and tax returns for portfolios in a timely manner. Reviewing consultant reports prepared by accounting department. Overseeing third-party managers who provide accounting services. Analyzing and coordinating the completion of performance returns, advisory, incentive and acquisition/disposition fees on real estate investments. Analyzing cash positions and ensure excess cash distributions are made timely in accordance with the respective Investment Management or Partnership Agreements. Helping in the coordination of functional duties for Invesco accounting personnel in Hyderabad, India. Assisting in the design and analysis of information received during the annual PMC internal audit process. Participating and raising potential accounting concerns in meetings with Legal/Closings during the acquisition and disposition process. Working with other departments on the acquisition and disposition of portfolio investments as appropriate. Demonstrate leadership skills by volunteering for special projects in the department. Other duties or special projects as assigned.

The Department
The Investment Risk department is tasked to conduct comprehensive risk oversight over funds managed by Invesco portfolio teams. The Department
The FP&A Analyst - Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) & Indexed Strategies will operate as part of the larger Americas Financial Planning & Analysis team and will collaborate closely with Accounting and Global Business Services teams as well.
Your Role
The FP&A ETF Analyst is responsible for financial oversight of vendor contracts, invoice management, and strategic operational deliverables related to Invesco's US based ETF business including Invesco Nasdaq 100 ETF (QQQ).
You will be responsible for:
Analyze and model vendor contracts for the US ETF & Indexed Strategies business. Validate incoming 3rd party provider invoices and prepare for business approval. Manage relationship with vendor billing teams including process oversight for the Hyderabad support team. Support the Invesco Nasdaq 100 ETF (QQQ) Strategy Committee by analyzing Financial impact and cost sharing calculations for combined Invesco and Invesco Nasdaq 100 ETF (QQQ) initiatives. Prepare and improve annual validation of Invesco Nasdaq 100 ETF (QQQ) operations support for reimbursements from the Trustee, Bank of New York Mellon for the Invesco Nasdaq 100 ETF (QQQ) Expense/Reimbursement committee. Monitor and document partial headcount reimbursement for the US based Finance function and the US ETF & Indexed Strategies business. Ensure proper revenue accounting for Invesco Nasdaq 100 ETF (QQQ) across different account lines to measure critical key performance drivers. Work on ad-hoc analytics such as ETF industry developments, e.g., flows, assets, performance, and product pricing. Collaborate with Accounting and Global Business Services team on all task pertaining expense reimbursements from unit investment trusts (UITs).
The experience you bring:
0-4 years of Finance experience with a concentration in financial planning, management reporting, quantitative analysis, scenario planning, and decision modeling. High level proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Access, PowerPoint & Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions, Macros, Index Match, etc.). Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment across functions and geographic locations. Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions. Commitment to accuracy and work excellence. Quick learner, hands-on and independently. Self-starter - excellent time management and organizational skills. Multi-task oriented in a flexible and high-pressure environment. Confidentiality and discretion are crucial. Your role:

The experience you bring:

The Department Global Fund Services professionals provides governance and risk based controlled accounting, tax, administration, reporting and Office of the Fund CFO services that allow Invesco to create a superior investment experience for our clients and to lead in the markets we serve.

The Role The Administrator, supports the activities of Global Fund Services by working with many internal fund services teams and across Invesco, external business partners such as the fund auditors, service providers and fund boards. This role is instrumental in helping facilitate the efficient operations by assisting with meeting planning, agenda coordination and related logistics. They also support the preparation of board calendars, board meetings, memo review and submission process. Finally, this role provides direct support to the Head of the Office of the Fund CFO.

You will be responsible for: Create and edit agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings

Set production calendars for board meeting materials and coordinate meetings across Global Fund Services and business partners to review materials

Schedule Treasurers' meetings with board members and work with Treasurers to develop agendas and assist in the preparation of materials for these meetings
File, organize and maintain correspondence, documents and reports
Assist with various Office of the Fund CFO projects and events
Works with sub-committee chairs to schedule meetings, organize agendas and follow-up with participants to ensure materials are available as necessary
Collaborate closely with other departments and service providers to resolve issues and follow up on tasks
Coordinate meetings and calls with third parties in support of the activities of the OFCFO
Provide direct administrative support to the Head of the Office of the Fund, CFO
Maintain calendars and schedules for meetings, meeting minutes, appointments, travel, conference calls, etc.
Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and prepare expense reports
Work closely with other administrative teams to provide substitute coverage as needed
