The Internal Sales Department engages with financial professionals to deliver a Total Client Experience in becoming an indispensable partner. To accomplish this, we leverage a differentiated consultative experience with our clients through Business Consulting, Portfolio Consulting, and Client Engagement. About the Role:
The Division Associate is a key member of our Internal Sales Desk, responsible for nurturing long-standing relationships with existing intermediary clients, driving proactive engagement strategies, and supporting reactive account and relationship management. This role also focuses on identifying and cultivating new client relationships to expand wallet share and promote long-term investment in Invesco products and services. As a primary point of contact, the Division Associate serves as the voice of Invesco, playing a vital role in advancing the client journey and contributing to both revenue growth and profitability. Responsibilities of the Role:
Managing the digital footprint through bi-weekly/monthly targeted content campaigns via Salesloft.
Assisting in the preparation and delivery of client communications, including digital outreach, webinar coordination, and follow-up activities.
Analyzing sales trends across broker/dealer firms and individual advisors using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system data and other external tools.
Owning client engagement outreach by means of lead campaigns in coordination with data scientists, marketing, and the Wealth Management Platform (WMP) team.
Delivering client service and implementing sales strategies focused on prospecting and client journey development.
Leading consultative, relationship-building sales calls via the telephone, inbound/outbound, with financial advisors and other licensed professionals to deliver the Total Client Experience (Total CX) platform.
Actively and accurately documenting all client interactions into the CRM system to ensure the integrity of our data, as well as deepen expertise within the system.
Collaborating across teams to ensure timely and effective execution of business initiatives.
Participating in a structured training curriculum focused on investment products, consultative selling, client service, and industry knowledge.
Engaging in ongoing professional development to build skills in communication, portfolio analysis, and relationship management.
Supporting the coordination of client events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
Requirements of the Role:
0-2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or client support preferred
College degree or equivalent experience required
Progress toward FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63 licensing encouraged (must acquire required licenses within firm-defined time period)
Curiosity about sales, prior sales experience a plus
A strong desire to learn about Capital Markets, mutual funds, ETFs, other investment solutions, and impact of economic factors

Your Role
The Analyst, Corporate Functions Data Governance is responsible for acquiring, improving, and protecting sensitive data and information assets. This role ensures adherence to data governance policies, procedures, and standards to maintain data integrity, security, and quality. The Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for assigned functional areas and supports data requirements across the department, including managing unstructured data within SharePoint.
Responsibilities of the Role
Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality, accuracy, and usability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs, define critical data elements (CDEs), and maintain a standardized data dictionary.
Support the design and implementation of data governance tools, technologies, and processes.
Monitor data quality against business rules, recommend remediation workflows, and conduct assessments to identify improvement areas.
Facilitate data lineage, cataloging efforts, and maintain documentation for data definitions, lineage, and quality metrics.
Participate in data governance committees and working groups; provide regular reports on data quality and stewardship activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and partner with departments (Finance, HR, LCAR) to gather relevant data.
Organize and maintain unstructured data within SharePoint, including document libraries, metadata, and site management.
Deliver training sessions to educate stakeholders on data governance concepts, tools, and requirements.
Continuously develop subject matter expertise in data governance, industry standards, and organizational processes.
Requirements of the Role
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or data management roles.
Knowledge of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Experience with data profiling, cleansing, metadata management, and data modeling.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and database design.
Moderate expertise in SharePoint as a document management system (2+ years).
Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Knowledge of financial services or asset management data is a plus.
Data governance or data management certifications (e.g., DAMA, CDMP) preferred.

The ETF Product Management group is tasked with the development and execution of category and product specific strategies and tactics designed to better position the Invesco ETF product line in the competitive exchange traded product (ETP) market.
Your Role
The Senior Fixed Income Product Strategist will leverage his/her capital markets, investment management and product knowledge to deliver market views and product positioning to institutions and financial advisors and will develop timely market outlook and sales ideas to address changing market conditions. This individual, in working with the Head of Fixed Income ETF Product Strategy, as part of the Product Strategy and Research Team, will be an expert in the assigned products and categories, and is responsible for supporting the research and strategy content development for the assigned product suite. The individual will utilize a client-focused approach to help communicate product strategy to effectively position and market assigned products.
You Will Be Responsible For:
* Drive growth of the Fixed Income ETF product line in partnership with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, capital markets, product management, portfolio management and product development)

The Senior Principal of Enterprise Application Architecture will lead developing strategies of engineering platforms for Enterprise Platform Architecture, working with technology and business partners to develop artifacts, roadmaps as well as application reference architecture, patterns, and standards. Define the global deployment architecture of the enterprise-wide SaaS based CIAM, IAM, and PAM platforms and own the architecture roadmap, capabilities and the application onboarding strategy and patterns.
Develop and implement security architectures that align with business goals, objectives and policies.
Partner with global security division to develop architecture frameworks for cybersecurity initiatives (e.g. Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), PAM, IAM, Internal Threat, etc.), defining how security integrates across business, data, application, and technology domains.
Drive technical evaluations and decision recommendations around various security platforms such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), ID Proofing etc.
Provide development and maturation around threat modeling and risk assessment frameworks
Define strategies, reference architecture, standards, and architecture roadmaps for key security capabilities such as secrets management, AI/ML, IoT, and edge computing
Review and approve architecture solutions via EA governance to ensure strategic alignment, avoidance of tech debt and alignment to architecture principles
Partner with DevOps community to assure security is embedded into CI/CD processes, maintaining a mature DevSecOps community.
Collaborate with security architects and the cloud team on evaluations of security implication of adopting new technologies

Job Purpose (Job Summary):
The Credit Research Analyst will perform fundamental credit research within multiple sectors of the US investment grade corporate bond market, with a specific focus on banks, financials and related businesses. The analyst is expected to become the sector expert, balancing in-depth knowledge of an expansive coverage universe with multiple other responsibilities supporting the broader success of the Invesco Fixed Income platform. Key responsibilities include generating well-supported investment recommendations, conducting in-depth fundamental investment analysis, developing fundamental credit opinions, using credit valuation analysis and sector knowledge to inform relative value views, assigning allocation ratings to each credit in the analyst's coverage universe, tracking and communicating corporate updates across the analyst's coverage universe and maintaining a constant dialogue with portfolio managers and investment colleagues across the Invesco Fixed Income platform. * Conduct deep, fundamentally driven investment research on companies within the banking and financial sectors
* Develop and articulate defensible investment recommendations, fundamental credit ratings and allocation ratings for each issuer in the analyst's coverage universe
* Develop and communicate issuer level, sector level and broader market relative value assessments
* Produce well researched, concise investment reports for global investment professionals
* Be the subject matter expert on relevant regulatory developments that may affect coverage universe
