Communicate insights and test results clearly, while maintaining documentation and staying current on UX research and optimization best practices. Requirements of the role: 5+ years leading user research and web optimization initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing. Expertise in mixed-methods research and optimizing complex, multi-touchpoint user experiences. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and other analytics tools. Proficient with user research platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Useberry) and basic design tools plus HTML/CSS/JS. Strong data analysis skills; able to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Experience collaborating across regions (EMEA, North America) and cross-functional teams (product, UX/UI, marketing).
