John has a long history of successful startups. He formerly founded Synergo Technology, the leading UK Agency and Brokerage Foundation; TCA Syntec, the first EAI company in Europe; and Netik (acquired by Bank of New York Mellon in 2002), the securities market leading data warehouse and portal company, responsible for 70 of the World’s largest banks.

As a CEO, John has won multiple industry awards including Top 50 CEOs in the USA (featured in USA Today 2018, 2019) and Top 50 CEOs for Women (featured in Business Insider 2019).

John received a double honors degree in Cybernetics and Computer Science and is a Chartered Software Engineer.

Yaela Shamberg is a Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder at InvestCloud Inc and is based in West Hollywood, California. She has worked as VP at AIS Fund Administration, Analyst at SageCircle, and Prime Brokerage Consulting at CREDIT SUISSE GROUP AG. Yaela studied at University of Colorado between 2000 and 2001, University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business between 1997 and 2000, and University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business between 2000 and 2001.

Julian Bowden is a Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder at InvestCloud Inc and is based in London, Greater London, United Kingdom.

Vincent Sos is a Co-Founder & CIO at InvestCloud Inc and is based in Beverly Hills, California. He has worked as Development Director, EMEA at PrimeOne Solutions, by MARKIT; Chief Product Officer at PrimeOne Solutions, by MARKIT; and Software Engineer at BYG SYSTEMS LIMITED. Vicent attended UCLA, Universitat Jaume I between 1991 and 1996, and IESE between 2007 and 2008.

I am currently Chief of Staff at InvestCloud, Inc.

Prior to joining InvestCloud I was HM Consul and Director for the Western Region of UK Trade and Investment's US Network. Based at the British Consulate-General in Los Angeles, I managed the Trade and Investment teams in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and Houston. These teams advise US companies looking to expand their operations in Europe and support UK companies doing business in the US. They focus on a broad range of sectors including: Energy; Life Sciences; Information Technology; Financial Services; Advanced Engineering and Aerospace; and, Creative Industries. I also provided the strategic direction for FDI policy across the US network.

Prior to joining the British Consulate-General, I worked for a number of Government Departments in London and Edinburgh, including The Department for Business Innovation and Skills, HM Treasury, and the Scottish Executive. I have an extensive policy background in Economic Development, Foreign Direct Investment, Research Funding,Trade, and Environmental Legislation.

I hold a BA (Honours) in Social Sciences (Economics, Politics and Sociology) from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle.
