The Investigative Analyst is responsible for processing investigative searches including criminal, credit, and income for residential and employment applicants of Western Reporting customers. This individual will be responsible for providing a quality investigative report in a timely manner for Western Reporting customers to make a final leasing and employment decisions.

The Investigative Analyst will be required to process a high volume of searches daily. The successful candidate will enjoy working at a fast pace while maintaining high attention to detail. What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

Process investigative searches using the Western Reporting screening system
Research and investigate search result data
Complete investigative search products according to FCRA regulations
Keep well informed of the latest industry best practices and company operating procedures for performing background screenings and criminal record searches
First level phone support for clients, end-users and internal staff
Other operations duties as assigned by manager
Work in multiple platforms and websites throughout the day
Able to work occasional Saturday shift rotation
