Position Description:
We are currently seeking talented and experienced Private Investigators to join our growing team. This role involves ethical and professional investigative work on Workers' Compensation and Liability claims, primarily through surveillance and factual data collection.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct surveillance on Liability and Work Comp Insurance claims.
Prolonged periods of sitting in a vehicle or other stationary positions during surveillance - up to 12 hours per day.
Ability to travel to different locations for investigations, which may involve driving, walking, or using public transportation.
Maintain visual focus during surveillance activities, often for extended periods.
Ability to navigate various environments, including urban, rural, and indoor settings.
Ability to review and dissect comprehensive reports, as well as Police reports.
Ability to write a detailed surveillance report to Company Standards.
Ability to review video in order to properly prepare reports.
Ability to covertly document a Subject without being detected.
Ability to search, locate and utilize Social Media throughout the investigative process.
Ability to react quickly and use good judgement to scenarios that may arise during surveillance.
Knowledge of pretexting is preferable.

Supervision and presence of staff

General Function:
The Title IX Coordinator and Investigator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring institutional compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and other federal and state laws and regulations related to sex-based discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct. This role includes the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of the district's Title IX compliance efforts and conducting prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations into complaints involving students, faculty, and staff.
Education/Training/Experience:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in Title IX compliance, investigations, civil rights, student conduct, human resources, or related field.
Preferred: Training in Title IX, trauma-informed practices, civil rights investigations, or related certifications preferred. Bilingual: English-Spanish.
Knowledge/Skills and Abilities:

Essential Job Functions:
Performs all functions in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety and environmental regulations, facility and computer security policies and procedures. Functions are subject to change from time to time to meet the needs of the organization. Current essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Serve as the institution's designated Title IX coordinator and investigator.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and education related to Title IX compliance.
Oversee the intake and resolution of reports and complaints of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, stalking, and relationship violence.
Ensure ongoing compliance with federal and state regulations, including regular policy updates.
Conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations, including interviews with complainants, respondents, and witnesses, and the collection and analysis of evidence.
Prepare comprehensive, well-documented investigation reports and maintain accurate records in accordance with institutional policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Human Resources, Family and Community Engagement, Safety and Security, General Counsel, and various school sites) as necessary.
Develop and deliver training to students, faculty, and staff on Title IX rights and responsibilities, reporting obligations, and prevention of sexual misconduct and discrimination.
Lead campus-wide prevention and education initiatives related to sexual harassment and misconduct.
Maintain confidential records and documentation.
Prepare and submit annual Title IX reports and data analysis.
Coordinate with Clery Act compliance staff as appropriate.
Ensure parties involved in Title IX cases are informed of their rights, resources, and options.
Provide referrals to support services such as counseling, medical care, legal assistance, and academic accommodations.

Salary Range and Benefits:
$53,000 to $70,000+ Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available to full and part-time employees that work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
