is currently hiring a Sub-Investigator to work part-time, onsite in Dallas, Texas for one of our clients who is dedicated to advancing medical innovation and healing technology through groundbreaking research. This opportunity is currently part-time (potentially 5-6 hours a day) and long term.

Hours: Monday - Friday / Flexible select days (25-30 hours a week average)
The exact hours will vary based on the needs of the clinical trial study, offering both adaptability and the opportunity to work on a dynamic and engaging project
Duration: At least one year contract with potential to go full-time and/or direct hire with our client.
SUMMARY: The Sub-Investigator is a member of the clinical research trial team who supports the Principal Investigator in identifying eligible research patients, performing medical assessments and the medical decisions needed for their treatment. The Sub-Investigator is under the guidance and direct supervision of the site Principal Investigator MD.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and conduct.
Strictly adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards.
Review medical histories and concomitant medications of study subjects.
Confirm inclusion and exclusion study criteria.
Field subject questions related to the investigational product, study procedures and health.
Provide medical oversight required for medically attended events such as vaccinations and infusions.
Maintain GCP and study specific training requirements.
Oversee aspects of clinical trials as directed by the site Investigator MD.
Perform clinical study-related procedures.
Make medical judgements and other decisions on behalf of the Investigator MD.
Meet all study protocol requirements and deadlines.
Perform accurate and timely documentation in eSource.
Assist in answering queries and documentation in eSource.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Advanced degree as an MD, PA-C, or Nurse Practitioner required.
Active and unrestricted license in the state of practice (TX), required.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical research, clinical trials or academia is highly desirable.
Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis software and statistical tools.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for research design and data interpretation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing research reports and presentation of findings.
Thorough understanding of research regulations, guidelines, and standards (i.e. FDA, ICH, GCP).
Flexibility to adapt to evolving research priorities and changing project requirements.

* Implements accepted methodology, procedures, precedents, and techniques to a broad scope of administrative investigations. Performs investigative activities in accordance with administrative laws, DHS, and TSA regulations. Incumbent applies some discretion to select the most appropriate approach in the application of complex techniques and contributes to developing new solutions to achieve investigative goals.
* Participates in cross-organizational or interrelated investigations that include interagency and intergovernmental teams to ensure discrepancies, in findings, are resolved and confirms the investigation is supported by evidence sufficient to Investigations' standards.
* Performs intra- and interdivisional requests for investigative assistance, to include interviews, physical and electronic surveillance, and other support functions in furtherance of administrative, civil, and criminal investigations throughout the United States and Outside of the Continental United States. Applies the relevant jurisdictional precedent, or legal standard, in gathering and interpreting evidence material to the trier of fact.
* Facilitates and prepares, sworn statements, affidavits and serves administrative subpoenas and other official investigative correspondence. Prepares accurate, concise, and comprehensive reports of investigation for presentation to Division management officials and/or other adjudicating entities. Provides practicable assistance to criminal investigators in administrative and criminal investigative activities as needed.
The major duties described above reflect the full performance level of this position. Typically, the lower pay band (H Band) performs the same duties but will receive more guidance and training; and/or projects/work assignments may be less complex.
