As a
Client Relationship Consultant
you will provide exceptional client service while engaging in sales and service activities at branch locations. Open accounts, assist with processing Banker transactions, cross-sell Bank products and services, take applications for and book loans, perform account and client profile maintenance, and respond to questions regarding client accounts. You'll also present tailored solutions that meet the client's specific financial needs or refer clients to other lines of business as appropriate.
In this role you'll have an opportunity to:
Provides an exceptional client experience while engaging in a broad range of sales and service activities at branch locations.
Processes a variety of routine financial transactions, including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments. Balances cash drawer, counting currency and coin accurately.
Consults with clients on bank products and services to attract, expand, and retain client relationships. Applies need-based sales techniques to build client awareness of bank products and services that will enhance the client relationship with the bank. Recognizes and facilitates referral opportunities to other business lines (including Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending and Investment Services.)
Communicates proactively with current and prospective clients to educate, ensure understanding, resolve issues, develop and maintain client loyalty and solicit client feedback to improve bank performance. Holds client appointments scheduled by clients and/or branch team as well as walk-in appointments to identify and meet client needs.
Opens new accounts, verifies and processes changes to existing accounts, responds to inquiries, and resolves related account problems to ensure client satisfaction. Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
Assists in branch lending processes, educates clients regarding lending options, completes thorough loan applications and documentation.
Education & Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Experience
1 or more years of teller/banker or related sales experience with established goals required
NMLS registration or ability to obtain required

As back up for the teller line, be able to perform all teller duties including all client transactions, maintaining and balancing a cash drawer. Have knowledge of the ATM, Vault, Coin & Cash and GL Accounts to be balanced daily. Have knowledge of all dual control procedures.
Serves as a team member to accomplish company objectives and lobby and personal goals. As the experienced banker, this individual would be expected to work closely with the Treasury Management Representative and the Relationship Managers to develop stronger client relationships.
Provides customer service for lobby and phone requests. Research and resolve client problems, acting as the customer liaison between other bank departments. Follow-up with clients to assure resolution.
Actively participates in training programs to maintain and acquire additional job knowledge and skills.
Complies with all department and company policies, procedures, audit guidelines, and regulations.
Assists in opening and closing the branch, following procedures set by corporate security.

We're seeking a Credit Risk Associate who will be part of our growing Portfolio Management Group (PMG). * Support senior portfolio managers in the credit analysis and management of the Non-Investment Grade corporate credits.

* Prepare detailed credit analyses and required credit applications in accordance with internal policies and regulatory guidance, including the evaluation of company-specific, industry, and regulatory risks; and company historical operating performance, projected operating performance, transaction structure, and capital structure.
* Modeling skills required for both the credit application process and scheduled reviews.
* Responsible for the coordination and communication of account information across various constituencies throughout the organization.

The Role
As an Associate in the Project Structuring and Investment (PSI) Group, you will be part of a team leading our pursuit of P3 projects across North America. Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for helping to structure and deliver debt and equity financing solutions, assisting with negotiating commercial arrangements, managing technical delivery strategies, and supporting the entire PSI Group in its general business activities. The ideal candidate is a lateral thinker with the ability to identify solutions to complex problems and be interested in a career within the private equity environment. You must demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, communication, ownership mentality, organization of data/information, self-initiative, work ethic, and integrity. Reporting to the Group Co-Head, Project Structuring and Investment, your primary responsibility will be to build and manage the financial model for P3 projects in the US and Canada and support the business in all activities including traditional and new P3 procurement processes, the development and implementation of new PSI business initiatives and general corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities
Financial modeling and analysis, including development and execution of detailed bank and capital markets funding solutions.
Supporting finance workstream on pursuits including model auditor, lenders' technical advisor, lenders' insurance advisor and rating agencies.
Review, understanding, and application of commercial structures for potential transactions.
Assist bid lead in developing team's response to requests for qualifications and requests for proposals.
Preparation of documents including research papers, executive reviews, investment summaries, ratings papers, client communications, presentations, project management plans, progress reports, bid forms and other bid deliverables.
Internal communication and external communication with consortium partners, consultants and advisors.
Support senior management in other PSI activities and corporate initiatives as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Bachelors degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or Engineering or equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Minimum two (2) years' work experience in a structured transactional environment in investment banking, advisory, development, or accounting, together with a general understanding of project finance and related accounting and taxation principles.
Prior experience in a P3 infrastructure development and investment environment will be highly regarded.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, complete and manage complex Microsoft Excel financial models.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to effectively manage time, priorities, data, and multiple deliverables.
Solid communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to make and create bid submission documents, credit papers and contract reviews and explain them in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction, but also work cohesively in a small team environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative, entrepreneurial environment.
Understanding of general business law with the ability to review and comprehend legal documents.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with other Microsoft Office tools.

The Investment Associate will act as primary support for a team of Portfolio Advisors, performing multiple investment-related and client service activities for Wealth Management clients. * Adheres to National Investment Guidelines and observes sound risk management practices.
* Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on practice and existing precedents or procedures.
Qualifications:
* Incredibly high attention to detail.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, and capable of articulating complicated information to advisors and clients.
* Very high proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, with experience creating macros, pivot tables, charting, V-lookup, etc.
* Ability to quickly learn new computer systems, which are required to perform role.
* Knowledge of investment products, services, and terminology.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Capable of working well in a team environment in order to accomplish team objectives.
Experience:
* 0-3 years of experience within the financial services industry.
* Progress and/or interest toward obtaining CFA or CFP is desired.

Salary Range:

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
