Portfolio & Asset Support Support asset management initiatives, including model updates and business plan reviews. Analyze leasing economics, tenant credit, and operating performance. Assist in preparing reporting and asset summaries. QUALIFICATIONS 1-3 years of experience in real estate investments, acquisitions, asset management, or capital markets. Industrial experience strongly preferred. Argus proficiency required (Enterprise or DCF). Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis skills.
