What the Role Offers - Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Associate We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Associate to join our Finance Team. The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Associate will be responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts to support financial planning and control. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts, experience working with ERP systems, excellent communication and presentation skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset and a proven track record of success working in a fast-paced environment in the consulting, biotechnology or manufacturing industry. What You Need to Succeed: Lead and manage technical analysis of present and future company financial performance. Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans and operating forecasts. Perform economic research and studies in the areas that impact the company's financial performance Lead and manage financial reporting with ERP software, facilitating the production of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operations and financial reporting. Lead overall project management of cyclical financial activities. Prepare and lead presentations on various financial projects. Experience leading FP&A activities within a manufacturing environment is a must. Experience using and managing an ERP system like NetSuite is a must. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA or Masters Degree preferred. 3-5 years of professional experience. Experience working in a consulting, biotechnology or manufacturing company a plus. CFA or related certifications a plus. Ability to communicate clearly and present complex financial concepts in a simple manner. Ability to work collaboratively with different levels of stakeholders across departments. Estimated Base Salary: $102,000 - $130,000 Yearly DOE It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
