Essential Functions Statement(s)
• Submitting wires / money movement for investment capital calls
• Transaction entry, verification, and audits within Portfolio Management software
• Subscription document population for investments
• Communicating with all fund sponsors and admin on expected investment activity
• Assist with any activities necessary regarding our Portfolio Management Software
• Maintain processes or workflows in our CRM based for all Alternative Investment actions and tasks.
• Creating Alternative Investment Summary reports for advisors
• Coordinating due diligence calls and providing investment updates to advisors
• Tracking all K1 activity and communicating delivery expectations with advisors
• Working with custodians and fund partners to ensure investment and client data is accurate.
• Seek ways to improve operational efficiency
• Reconciliation of trading activity i.e. trade verification
• Organizing all client commitments, called capital, and distributions and presenting data to advisors.
