Complete required compliance training within well-defined timelines and utilize available resources to maintain in depth current knowledge of all current credit union products and services
Perform account maintenance activities including updating member contact and personal information
Perform follow-up activities and outbound calls for new and existing members
Assist Branch leadership with the onboarding of new Representatives as needed
Essential Skills:
Minimum eighteen (18) months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role within the financial services industry preferred
Ability to listen to members' needs and provide tailored product recommendations
Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to express ideas concisely and logically

The Sr. PFR uses their experience and in-depth knowledge to serve as a mentor that helps train new PFRs. The Sr. PFR is excellent at deepening member relationships by referring, following up, and contacting members through phone calls and other communication methods.

Assist leadership with branch certifications, cash drawer audits, cash drawer overages, and OFAC reports.
Perform transactions and service requests on member accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
Accurately follow all cash handling procedures and balance cash drawer at the end of every shift.
Issue, record, and file monetary instruments and reports in accordance with the Bank Secrecy Act.
Assist members with Digital Banking enrollment, navigation, resets, and maintenance.
Assist members with complex and sensitive fraud disputes.
