**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The Role
As an Associate in the Project Structuring and Investment (PSI) Group, you will be part of a team leading our pursuit of P3 projects across North America. In this role you will:
Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach as well as proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially

Required Qualifications:
6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
