Seed investment representative job description

· Efficiently manage mid-level caseload of 400 to 600 investors to meet goals.

· Execute consultative approach to relationship management to understand God’s direction in investors’ hearts.

· Manage relationships through telephone, e-mail and mail throughout the year.

· Demonstrate excellence in all approaches to communication toward building trust, respect and value, internally with staff and externally with investors.

· Conduct oneself in a professional, friendly, and truthful manner to investors.

· Meet and exceed designated number of contacts and asks with investors.

· Effectively nurture relationships with numerous churches within the framework of the church-engagement process.

· Endeavor to reactivate lapsed partner relationships via telephone calls, email or other communication pieces and update Salesforce with call notes and new information about investors.

· Perform effective follow-up – mailings, thank you notes and prayer requests, tracking all content in Salesforce.

· Research, identify, and promote hand-off of high capacity donors to the appropriate major gifts officer.

· Accept investors from the major-gifts level that would benefit from the mid-level program and it’s structured communication..

· Meet with supervisor on a weekly basis for accountability and to discuss strategy and moves

· May be required to occasionally work extended workdays, evenings, or weekends


OTHER DUTIES:

· Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups as directed and maintain required level of knowledge pertaining to operating procedures, requirements, processes and policies.

· Lead and or participate in projects or task force groups which focus on issues having organization wide impact.

· Provide representation support at conferences and events, as requested.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

    The primary responsibilities of the Investment Solutions Representative are:
