We are currently seeking an Investor Relations Lead/Staff Analyst. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.
You Will:Interact closely with all domains within Lucid to develop materials for use in communications with investors, shareholders, and the Board of Directors.Contribute to the quarterly earnings process, including the earnings presentation, press release, and script Q&A content.Manage requests from investors, shareholders, and the Board of Directors, and ensure that all action items are driven to closure.Manage investor and meeting databases as well as related analytics and reporting Provide on-going information to the IR and executive team regarding investor feedback, perceptions and opinions, competitive intelligence from equity research positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis Support the crafting of the company's messaging for the financial community such as during investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, etc. Develop and maintain a robust understanding of business drivers and metrics; identify/track key themes and topics for investor discussions to inform the IR team and executives on emerging trends Build models and leverage data analysis to understand complex relationships, identify key trends, and gain insight on our revenue/expense line items, drivers and scalability Perform a competitive and strategic analysis on Lucid, its peers, and the industry as well as buy/sell-side trends to help keep management aware of the markets and investor views Assist in the management of the IR section of the website

BNY Mellon Investor Solutions is the firm's institutional multi-asset solutions provider with over $25 billion in total assets as of June 30, 2022, across defined benefit pension plans, foundations & endowments, family offices and financial intermediaries. The primary business verticals are multi-asset solutions including Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) services on a discretionary and advisory basis, model management, and private market assets, supported by a robust manager research framework. The investment team is located in Boston, New York, Pittsburgh, and London. From establishment in 2020 the business has expanded rapidly and is seeking a Head of Investments who can drive and evolve the investment process through an exciting growth phase. The individual will be responsible for leading the investment team, taking overall responsibility for investment performance and will report to the Global Head of Investor Solutions. They will be a key member of the Investor Solutions executive management team.

* Design of multi-asset investment solutions to maximize investment outcomes from policy portfolio design through implementation.
* Overall responsibility for strategic and tactical asset allocation decisions.
* Oversee the evaluation of the performance of investments and makes timely changes to portfolios to meet investment objectives.
* Lead and develop a team responsible for managing a significant amount of assets independently within investment policy guidelines.
* Meet with clients and prospects to represent the investment process.
* May represent the business at industry conferences and in the media.

Preferred range of skillsets for success:

* Experienced manager of multi-asset solutions across many client types within clearly defined risk parameters. Knowledge of family offices a plus.
* Successful performance track record, in addition to building and developing scale within a team-based investment process.
* Intellectually curious, innovative thinker on asset allocation and macroeconomics, with published thought leadership.
* Experience with integration of Responsible Investing / ESG characteristics within client portfolios is beneficial.
* Player-coach, experienced in guiding teams through technology and process evolution.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with Aladdin platform preferred.

Qualifications/experience:

* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree or CFA preferred.
* 10-15 years of total work experience with 3-5 years of team management responsibility and over 10 years of investment experience preferred.

Assistant Investor's role is to gain an understanding of the audio and video landscape and negotiation process that will ultimately lead to advancement to an Investor in audio and video. This includes marketplace trends and a holistic top-line view of all audio and video platforms including AM/FM radio, digital audio, satellite, podcasting, cable, broadcast television, and digital video.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
70% - Administrative
Responsibilities include ordering & confirming orders, handling makegoods, monitoring placement of scheduled spots, maintaining added value and billing reconciliation.Maintain accurate buy files with financial information to align with buying system.Assume buying responsibilities from pre-buy to post buy in small markets.

10% - Client Management Task
Implement work-related goals established by Senior Investor(s)/Brand Solutions Team on behalf of clients.Review & understand buying guidelines (goals & objectives) with your Senior Investor(s).

Establish & maintain business relationship with vendor partners.
