C&F has 1800 employees in 54 locations and conducts business through independent agents, brokers, and wholesalers, focusing on property and casualty insurance, as well as accident & health. The firm offers products and services ranging from environmental to umbrella & excess liability, from propane & petroleum to office buildings, from pet health to bail bonds, and from homeowners' coverage in Hawaii to lawyers' professional liability. Crum & Forster is part of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, which is traded on the Toronto stock exchange (FFH.TO). Marc has been a member of the Fairfax organization since 2000. Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions in three of C&F's operating units - as president and CEO of Fairmont Specialty, Seneca, and CoverXSpecialty.
