“In 1837, Invicta handcrafted its first watches using the perception that good Swiss watches might be provided at moderate prices.
Invicta, which is Latin for invincible, was established in the year 1837.
The beginning of the Girard-Perregaux manufacturer goes back to the 1856 post the wedding of the Continuous Girard with Mary Perregaux.
Hamilton watches have been promoted and produced since 1892.
The Hamilton Watch Company bought Keystone Standard watch Company in a bankruptcy takeover and additional Keystone’s complex “dust-proof”… Its first watch, the 936 was standard released in 1893, as well as the Organization continued to promote wallet and watches for decades.
Invicta was commissioned by the USSR council of labor and defense to make these watches in 1959
In 1991, the descendants of the initial Invicta watch title reformed the organization.
In 1991, descendants of the Invicta family reestablished the manufacturer holding agency towards the firm’s founding principle.
In 1991, the brand was bought by an investment company based in the US. Up until then, the company was owned by the Picard family.
In 2004 Invicta was renamed to Invicta Watch Group.
