The Role
We are looking to hire an Executive Producer to lead some of Invision's largest and most complex programs. In this role, you'll bring together cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver bold, audience-focused experiences while ensuring financial and creative excellence.
You'll serve as a senior-level client contact, guiding projects from pitch through execution, managing budgets of any size, and overseeing multiple producers and resources. Reporting to the VP of Experience Delivery, you'll collaborate with strategy, creative, and client services leaders to ensure every engagement is intentional, inspiring, and flawlessly executed. Key Responsibilities
Lead large, complex projects and campaigns from proposal through reconciliation
Serve as the senior client contact on scope, budgets, and delivery of the promised audience experience
Oversee and mentor producers, ensuring milestones are met across creative and production phases
Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and client services on project design and delivery
Develop and manage project and proposal budgets; review and approve vendor invoices
Build and sustain trusted client relationships beyond individual projects to support future opportunities
Facilitate post-project evaluations with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement
Ensure accurate project documentation, vendor negotiations, and asset archiving

Additional Details
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in production or project management with a strong record of leading large-scale programs required.
Travel: This role involves heavy travel. All business travel is reimbursed in accordance with federal and state guidelines.
Compensation & Benefits
For this role, we offer a base salary range of $150,000 - $185,000. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and actual offers may differ to account for internal equity and market conditions.

We are seeking an Event Producer / Conference Planner to manage end-to-end execution of third-party sponsored conferences. This role owns contracting, event management, speaker and attendee workflows, booth and shipping logistics, 1:1 meetings, hospitality/dine-arounds, onsite execution, and post-event reporting. You will partner closely with Channel Marketing, Corporate Communications, Executive Offices, Finance, Legal, and external conference organizers to deliver high-impact events.
What you'll be doing
:
Conference Management: Lead third-party conference planning for approximately 30 conferences in 2026 across wealth and financial institutional channels, from initial intake to post-event analysis.
Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact with conference organizers, securing sponsorship deliverables, managing deadlines, and overseeing all logistical details.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, including forecasting, obtaining Finance approvals, processing invoices, and conducting final cost reconciliation.
Attendee Experience: Coordinate conference registration for all the participating attendees and speakers from our client, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless participant experience.
Client Engagement Programs: Plan and manage 1:1 meeting programs, encompassing scheduling, room setup, attendee communication, and on-site logistics to maximize client engagement.
Brand Representation: Oversee booth coordination and logistics, managing design, materials, shipping, setup, and tear-down to ensure strong on-site brand presence.
Stakeholder Communication: Partner with client stakeholders to provide timely and organized updates on conferences, key deadlines, and program changes.
Hospitality & Events: Plan and execute hosted dinners and hospitality events, including venue sourcing, menu coordination, and guest communications.
Accommodation Management: Source, contract, and manage hotel room blocks for complex programs, handling reservation changes and ensuring accurate attendee accommodations.
On-site Support: Provide on-site support as needed to manage conference logistics, vendor coordination, and enhance the attendee experience.

What you'll bring to Jack:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, event management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience producing corporate conferences, trade shows, or large-scale live events; experience within financial services is a plus.
Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and overlapping timelines.
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Experience as a sales engineer, solutions architect, resident engineer, or consulting engineer, ideally with an open source based product, would be a plus.
Experience as an actual operator (architect, SRE, DevOps, NetOps, SecOps, etc.) of microservices deployments would be a plus.
Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to present on and discuss complex architectures.
A deep technical understanding, including hands-on experience, of cloud and container technologies (such as AWS, GCE, Azure, Docker and Kubernetes).

Job Description
Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated senior solutions engineer in the Bay Area. This is a great chance for the right individual to get into a high-growth project that is core to the container revolution currently taking place in the cloud industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical engagement in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area/New York, with the support of the rest of the team. You will be instrumental in ensuring the success of both the customer and client.
Assist potential customers with architecture, PoC, and lab trials with the goal of moving those to a successful deployment of our clients' solutions for network security spanning Calico, Istio and other leading edge technologies.
Collect and analyze requirements from the field and assist the CTO and Product Management teams, deriving a set of features or capabilities that would meet those requirements.
Provide customers with consulting services utilizing your expertise in Networking, Security and Orchestration, especially relating to Kubernetes and Service Mesh deployment.
Become a trusted resource and advocate for your customers. Someone who the customer relies on to give the right answer, not necessarily the most commercially rewarding answer.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in data center environments. Preferably related to networking, security, orchestration, ‘cloud' infrastructure, and/or scale-out/big-data environments.
Experience as a sales engineer, solutions architect, resident engineer, or consulting engineer, ideally with an open source based product, would be a plus.
Experience as an actual operator (architect, SRE, DevOps, NetOps, SecOps, etc.) of microservices deployments would be a plus.
Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to present on and discuss complex architectures.
A deep technical understanding, including hands-on experience, of cloud and container technologies (such as AWS, GCE, Azure, Docker and Kubernetes).
Deep understanding of Linux networking fundamentals (especially the IP routing and filtering stack).
Ability and desire to code compelling demos in one or more languages.

KTXL-FOX40, the Nexstar station in Sacramento, is seeking a dynamic, engaging Sport Director to lead our coverage in a way that's informative, entertaining, and appealing to both hard-core and casual fans.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about local sports, professional teams, and everything in-between.
We dedicate more time to sports coverage than any other station, including extended “Final Quarter” sportscasts on Friday and Sunday. And when you're not on the air, you'll be interacting frequently with our passionate audience on social media.
Duties & Responsibilities
Set the direction, priorities, and agenda for FOX40 Sports coverage on all platforms
Make daily and long-term content decisions
Anchor sportscasts five nights per week, and additionally as needed
Report and anchor live from sporting events
Produce sportscasts that are creative, distinctive, and memorable
Work closely with managers, producers, and others on allocation of resources
Ensure all sports content meets company standards for journalistic integrity and production quality
Respond to breaking sports news and other urgent situations as required
Participate in promotional activities including public appearances
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

Write articles and provide content for digital platforms
Build and grow large social media following with high engagement
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Comprehensive knowledge of sports and sports-related activities

when required
Minimum five years' experience in sports reporting or anchoring (More or less depending on market size)
Superior on-air presence
Experience guiding, directing, and motivating others
