At least five years of experience leading teams of advisory services consultants in the delivery of intelligent automation services and the technology life cycle, including operating model/strategy, opportunity assessment, discovery and requirements definition, solution architecture and design, development, testing and production release.

Drive agency innovation and deliver expert business intelligence with respect to data governance, data visualization, data analysis and management capabilities, organizational capacity, and enterprise analytics infrastructure in the following areas:
Enhance/Develop/Sustain decision support tools along with internal and external portals using data/tools such as Army VANTAGE, ADVANA, Microsoft Power Automate; PowerBI, Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), Statistical Analysis System (SAS), Oracle, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Suite of products, machine learning methods, and other data analytics tools, as necessary.
