Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations. This role supports the procurement and sourcing of materials and services across INX and its affiliates, while managing day-to-day supplier interactions, maintaining procurement master data accuracy, and tracking price and index movements to ensure data integrity and cost transparency. It's a key connection between Procurement, Supply Chain, and internal business teams to help optimize supplier performance and material cost visibility. As a Procurement Specialist, your responsibilities include: * Maintain and update SAP material master data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with INX procurement and reporting standards * Assist in purchasing goods, materials, and services on terms that align with INX's best interests while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures * Track and compile supplier pricing data, cost indices, and market trends to support Procurement in evaluating cost movements and supplier competitiveness * Support the development and maintenance of vendor scorecards, monitoring supplier quality, service, contract compliance, and rebate activity * Support Procurement, Planning, Production, R&D, Legal, and Quality teams through consistent communication and data sharing to ensure alignment and problem resolution * Stay informed on supplier and market conditions impacting material availability, pricing, and risk to proactively inform sourcing decisions * Maintain steady contact with INX sites and vendors to coordinate material flow, improve responsiveness, and sustain alignment across departments * Generate and distribute procurement reports and dashboards on pricing trends, supplier KPIs, and material cost visibility using SAP, Power BI, and Excel. * Recommend improvements to enhance data integrity, cost efficiency, and operational flow. Duties & Functions: Operate automated feed manufacturing systems in alignment with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), prioritizing production schedules to meet operational targets. Record and reconcile daily production metrics, including batch feed output, ingredient consumption, and antibiotic usage, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company documentation protocols. Oversee the accurate loading of finished feed products; issue and verify feed delivery documentation such as feed ticket. Operate and monitor pellet mill systems to ensure consistent production of high-quality pelleted feed, adjusting parameters as necessary to maintain efficiency and product specifications. Manage the receipt, verification, and storage of inbound raw materials, including both bulk and bagged ingredients; assist with inventory management and grain handling logistics. Input and manage receiving data within the company's feed management systems; support grain quality assurance through monitoring programs and accurate recordkeeping. Conduct routine maintenance and performance checks on milling equipment, including roller mills, pellet mills, and feed cleaning systems; troubleshoot issues and escalate to mill management. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of designated work areas per company safety protocols; actively participate in hazard mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives. Collect, analyze, and grade inbound grain and corn samples; retain representative ingredient and feed samples in accordance with internal quality control and regulatory standards. We are seeking an Inplant Manager to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including maintaining INX's on-site ink room and making ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for: * Cleaning and maintaining machine to TPM Standards * Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities * Weigh-Up Batches: Following process order of addition.
