PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for the 24 hour a day operation of Residential Intermediate Care Facility homes (ICFs) to ensure provision of quality services to individuals. This primarily includes supervision and scheduling of staff, ensuring that adequate custodial/maintenance needs are met and monitoring the implementation of individual goals.
