Responsibilities
* Care of Adults ages 18+
* Average of 6-8 clinic patients per half day and 3-4 patients at the hospital.
* Shared call amongst the providers; Call is every third week, to cover phone call only for nights and weekends.
* Practice is a mix of inpatient and outpatient
* Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve

Based on experience Hours Per Week: 28 Weekends: Some Benefit Eligible Shift: PM/Night shifts with every-other weekend rotation The Forensic Nurse Examiner (FNE) is responsible for providing comprehensive and compassionate care to the victim (female, male, child) of sexual assault. The needs and concerns of victims can differ significantly. FNEs must function autonomously. The successful investigation and prosecution of a case may depend on the FNE. The FNE may be requested by law enforcement to conduct a forensic evidentiary examination of a suspect.

Education:
* Graduate of a Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN). Will consider other nursing degrees on an individual basis.
License/Certification:
* A current, valid Wisconsin RN license.
Experience:
* SANE/FNE experience
Other:
* Completion of an IAFN-approved adult/adolescent SANE course.
* Must be able to respond when on-call within 60 minutes because of the nature of the patient care/needs additionally must be able to demonstrate flexibility in scheduling

Job Description:
The Radiologic Technologists performs medical imaging procedures for diagnosis or treating medical problems in a clinical setting which consists of routine radiography. The Radiologic Technologists use their expertise and knowledge of patient handling, physics, anatomy, physiology, pathology and radiology to assess patients, develop optimal radiologic techniques or plans and evaluate resulting radiographic images. The radiologic Technologist also performs minor clinic clerical duties. The Radiologic Technologist reports to the Medical Imaging Manager and has an indirect reporting relationship to the Clinic Administrator. As assigned, this position will float to any of our 7 clinic locations, to provide coverage during staff absences and position vacancies.

Required Qualifications:
* Graduate from an approved school of Radiologic Technology Program
* 0-2 years' experience in a hospital or clinic
* American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
* Licensed by the State of Wisconsin
Preferred Qualifications:
* * Previous Radiologic Technologist experience.
* Knowledge of Epic Ambulatory EMR, RIS and PACS
