Hourly: $35 - $40 per hour Duration: 2-4 months (possibility of extension) Project Scope: Total devices: Approximately 2,000 laptops and desktops requiring replacement. Phase 1: Utilize 600-700 newly purchased devices, image them, load required applications and deploy them to end-users across the campus. Performs routine ECG studies on neonatal, pediatric and adult patients in accordance with physicians' written orders. Place electrodes on the patient's chest, legs, and arm area. Attaches leads from ECG machine to patient for standard ECG recording. Instructs and educates patients about the importance of completing the diary of any palpitations during the study and reports the findings to MD Performs cardiac exercise stress testing and nuclear cardiology stress testing under physician supervision. Orients patient to procedure, takes patient history, prepares skin and attaches leads and monitors the entire procedure with the nurse and MD. Documents any significant patient complaints during the procedure (including pain). Records baseline ECGs, BPs, and monitors patients under the supervision of the responsible physician. 1. Cleans and services patient rooms, offices and hallways, as well as other inpatient, outpatient and ancillary areas. Strips and makes patient beds after discharge of patient. Performs isolation cleaning and dismissal cleaning as assigned. Dusts furniture and equipment. Cleans windows, empties trash, tidies rooms. Cleans and polishes baths, sinks, mirrors, etc., and refills soap and towels. Dusts light fixtures and vents in all areas. Polishes and cleans glass and metal hardware on doors. Cleans lab, x-ray, surgery area (O.R.), emergency rooms (E.R.), labor/delivery (O.B.), and other areas on a scheduled basis. Cleans office areas in accordance to policies. Moves furniture such as beds, chairs tables, etc. Collects trash and linens from assigned areas and deposit them in the appropriate place for pick-up or removal. 2. Promotes and ensures patient and staff safety in all aspects of responsibilities. Reports hazardous conditions and/or areas in need of repair to Supervisor or other appropriate personnel. Uses chemicals only for their intended use and follows department procedure for dispensing and/or mixing chemicals. Utilizes proper personal protective equipment (PPE). 3. Summary: Performs all scheduled and non-scheduled daily tasks. Responsibility to maintain awareness of all equipment assigned to them during production operations and assure efficient operation of equipment within a commercial Laundry Plant. Will perform preventive maintenance and emergent repair as situations develop. Will identify and correct any problems including jams, bad or missing belts, and missing ironer tape on the equipment assigned to them. Seeks technical assistance from Engineering as necessary. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs preventative maintenance activities on equipment as scheduled. Ensures timely and quality completion of all maintenance and repairs, including overhead rail system and conveyor systems. Assists technical and mechanical personnel including outside vendors as needed. Maintains the maintenance log by making entries of incomplete tasks and new problems. Notifies Production Supervisors on the status of any equipment that will impact production or cause down time and when back online. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Clinical Excellence/Patient Care * Apply Holter, event, and telemetry monitors in accordance to clinic policy and procedure. * Operate Holter monitor equipment and computers. * Provide complete, comprehensive data analysis of the Holter monitor and prepare accurate reports for interpretation.
