Pros of working at Iowa Select Farms

Everything. I love the day to day challenge of running the lab part of the genetics farm. The people are great to work with, and my boss is very flexible with what I do. He trusts me and my work habits explicitly.

Favoritism is a huge problem with this company. The barn heads do not treat employees the same. Dont ever have a family emergency because you are not allowed to choose your family. That was told to my daughter's face. What a joke this company is. They do not treat employees the same. Very disappointed in this company. Will not suggest Iowa select farms to anyone. You work 11 days on and 3 off. What kind of schedule is that. No wonder all the employees are exhausted.
