The Recruiter/Admissions Advisor represents the college at all assigned high schools, visits, fairs, tours, and other recruiting events. This person travels throughout Iowa and Nebraska during the recruitment season and performs various tasks, including new student registration, during the off-season. The Recruiter/Admissions Advisor communicates with prospective students and their families regularly through presentations, phone calls, emails, text messaging, and meetings. In collaboration with other recruiting staff and departments, this person assists with on-campus recruiting events for prospective students, as well as registration and orientation events for new students.
