The primary role of the Channel Partner Manager is developing and executing a channel program for IP Pathways flagship cloud product, Adaptive Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy and partner program designed to drive growth in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
Participate in the creation and refinement of the marketing strategy that supports channel initiatives and partner recruitment.
Identify, evaluate and prioritize opportunities for new partnerships, including assessing market gaps and areas with strong growth potential.
Build and manage partner onboarding, training, and contracting processes to ensure a smooth and productive ramp-up.
Analyze the competitive landscape to inform partner positioning, program enhancements and long-term strategy.
Identify and engage in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand partner relationships and pipeline opportunities.
Lead partner product, solution, and process enablement to ensure channel readiness and effective go-to-market execution.
Develop and deliver standard presentations, sales playbooks, and enablement materials tailored for partner audiences.
Maintain regular communication and conduct business reviews with channel partners and prospects to ensure alignment, foster collaboration, and uncover opportunities for improved performance or expanded engagement.
Proactively identify partner capability gaps and collaborate internally and externally to address them, supporting stronger partner engagement and revenue growth.
Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills when engaging cross-functionally and with external partners.
Qualifications:
Experience in indirect channel development, enablement, or partner management.
3+ years of technology sales experience as an individual contributor.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and documentation abilities.
High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience in the information technology industry or with technology solutions.
Experience in cloud solutions or security, risk, and compliance is preferred.
