iPipeline company history timeline

1995

Back in 1995, form packages were being mailed out and just as quickly they became obsolete.

2005

The life insurance industry was fragmented, full of slapped-together software that much like LifePipe came from industry folks who were just trying to make life easier for themselves. iGO® was born in 2005, and the application process was forever changed.

2016

In 2016 it paid $2.8 billion for business software firm Deltek, and last year it spent $1.1 billion for tax and budgeting software company PowerPlan.

2020

After the purchase closes, Roper expects iPipeline to deliver approximately $200 million of revenue and $70 million of after-tax free cash flow in 2020.
