The company was founded in 1939 and is based in Montreal, Canada.
Innovation has always been around the corner and by 1971, the company had marketed the first monoblock chair in Canada, the first beverage plastic crates and was the first to manufacture plastic snowmobile coverings.

2018: CDPQ and Fonds exchange their minority equity interest into shares of parent, effectively consolidating the company.
2019: Acquisition of Belgian Loomans Group - expands geographic reach, customer base and engineering capability
2021: Acquisition of Bright Green Plastics, a manufacturer of recycled resin (PP and HDPE).
