May perform welding tasks. · Complies with 5S and housekeeping standards. · Drives and participates in CI activities - processes, results and cost savings. · Updates records and reviews CMMS history. · Troubleshoots and analyzes control systems to resolve software/ hardware and configuration problems. · Utilizes predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data. · Provides assistance to lower level technicians and leadership to small teams. Performs more advanced functions as a part of training and development. · Completes on-the-job and technical self-study programs for career development. · Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines. Can analyze problems and perform repairs. · Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate · May be required to travel. Physical Demands and Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear. Candidates hired for this role will receive a $4,500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days continuous service; and be eligible for our Tool Reimbursement Program of up to $1,500 per calendar year. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Operate and perform thorough inspection of cranes in order to diagnose defects. Diagnose, repair and troubleshoot various mobile hydraulic and lattice cranes; repair hydraulic and electrical components. Examines parts for damage or excessive wear using micrometers and gauges. Reads, understands and interprets operating and parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings. Tests mechanical, electronic, electrical and hydraulic products and equipment after repair or modification to ensure proper operation and compliance with OEM specifications. Prepares for jobs by checking parts and drawings for accuracy and completeness. Perform thorough and accurate annual inspections. Properly fills out working reports, hours reports, time sheets, hours overviews and expense reports. Capable of accomplishing tasks independently without direct supervision. Provides excellent customer service. Other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as Mechanic/Technician. Experience working with different forms of mobile crane equipment, specifically Grove RT & TMS Cranes; Grove GMK European Cranes; Manitowoc EPIC and/or Traditional Cranes; National Boom Trucks preferred. Must be able to read both electrical and hydraulic schematics. Must have excellent communication skills with a customer/client focus. Possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record preferred. Basic computer skills preferred. Required to purchase full set of hand tools up to 1.5 inches. PAY & TRAINING: This position offers a pay range between $20.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on skills and qualifications for non-bargaining employees. Pay is provided on a bi-weekly basis and there are 14 days in the pay period, beginning on a Monday and ending on a Sunday. Responsible for overseeing broiler farms as a representative of Koch Foods to contracted growers. Monitor house conditions, bird welfare, provide technical assistance and recommend condition improvements, grower performance, and cost reductions. Act as a liaison between Company and contract growers providing technical advice to growers regarding Company expectations. Monitor assigned flocks for bird comfort, equipment settings, etc., ensuring grower compliance with Company policies and procedures, and Federal and State regulatory laws and guidelines. Track, analyze and record bird mortality rates. Maintain feed tank inventories, ordering feed and coordinating deliveries. Ensure maximization of grower performance, and adherence to animal welfare laws and regulations. Share performance numbers with growers and review performance deficiencies. Other relevant duties as assigned. Bachelor Degree in Agricultural, Poultry or Animal Science, or other closely related field. Current and valid Driver's License, with a clean Motor Vehicle Record required. Must have knowledge of and experience with live poultry broilers and overall bird health. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements surrounding animal welfare and food production. Strong customer-centric attitude, exhibiting high energy and strong sense of urgency.

Assist in maintaining the wastewater systems and equipment performing preventive maintenance. Break down, repair and replace pumps. Diagnose and fix low voltage equipment, D.O. probes, Ph. meters, Level transducers, etc. Repair equipment as necessary Wire motors for equipment, lights and switches. Replace belts and properly align motor and blower. Maintain maintenance logs. Maintain accurate wastewater treatment logs. Conduct basic lab analyses and perform simple calculations. INDHP Wastewater treatment system operations experience. Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.. Electrical wiring experience preferred.
