Some of the work can be interesting. Some of the people are great.

Cons of working at Ipsos Marketing US

Salaries not competitive with comparable roles at similar companies. HR only exists on a transactional basis (i.e., hiring, firing). Poor managerial training. Little transparency from higher-ups on decisions.
