The Opportunity
Theâ¯Chief Growth Officer (CGO)â¯is a newly created executive role that will drive IREX's future growth and be a cornerstone of its long-term sustainability and independence.
The CGO also leads theâ¯Catalyst Hub, one of IREX's three primary organizational hubs, and owns an enterprise-wide growth strategy. The Catalyst Hub includes the New Business Development Unit, Strategic Partnerships, and Strategic Initiatives, and will be able to tap into talent across IREX, providing the CGO with an experienced team capable of advancing ambitious growth objectives from day one.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Specifics of the Role

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs all work according to OSHA/MSHA and H&K Safety policies
Performs pre and post trips on flatbed tractor daily
Drives flatbed truck to destination
Prepares trailer for equipment to be picked up
Loads heavy equipment onto trailer
Drives to assigned job site and unloads equipment from flatbed trailer
Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations and company policy
Maintains telephone or radio contact with dispatchers to receive pickup and delivery instructions
Loads and unloads truck
Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water
Positions blocks and secures equipment during transit in accordance with federal guidelines
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

What role will you play
Artisent Floors is adding an Account Manager to our team in St.Louis. As an Account Manager, you will have four core responsibilities:
● Make in-person cold calls to businesses and multifamily apartment communities
● Measure apartment units and homes to create proposals for customers
● Drive branch revenue through individual performance
● Ensure high levels of customer service to all current and future prospects
Who you are:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on all our products, software, and systems.
You will become an expert at the “Artisent Sales Method” - the same methodology we've used to rapidly expand from just one store to 17 locations. To achieve this, you will spend one week in
our home office in Memphis training and another week in your respective market with a trainer, focusing on the sales process.

Work is based in or around the greater St. Louis metro area plus other locations in Missouri and Illinois. Work locations can vary as projects are completed and new projects begin. Employee's place of residence is taken into consideration; however, some projects may require a longer commute. The work schedule is Monday to Friday during the day. Work schedules can vary based on weather and project timelines. Flexibility in both schedule and commute is key.
