About the Role
The Customer Care Advocate serves as front-line support in our high-volume, inbound Contact Center, assisting patients and providers with professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this role, you will:
Provide empathetic, personalized support to patients and providers, ensuring each interaction leaves individuals feeling heard, informed, and valued.
Verify insurance, investigate benefits coverage, estimate out-of-pocket costs, and discuss patient payment options.
Troubleshoot product, service, and enrollment issues with sensitivity and urgency.
Act as the liaison between patients and iRhythm, ensuring requests are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Deliver accurate, timely support to patients and providers throughout the device wear process and beyond, resolving inquiries efficiently and ensuring all service requests are handled to compliance and quality standards.
Make outbound calls to patients to explain coverage, responsibilities, or payment options.
Respond to inquiries, manage tickets/emails, and provide timely updates to patients, providers, and internal teams.
Document all interactions and coverage details in Salesforce with accuracy.
Maintain updated and complete patient and insurance records.
Participate in meetings and training in a virtual/on-camera environment.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and HIPAA privacy requirements.
Consistently meet productivity, quality, and service-level metrics.
Provide support to other teams during peak periods and participate in cross-training to enhance skills and knowledge.
May include other duties as business needs arise.
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2-3+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment (Contact Center or 60+ activities/day).
Strong communication skills-clear, empathetic, and proactive (verbal and written).
Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook required; Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred).
Typing speed of 40+ WPM and confident system navigation.
Ability to handle sensitive information and stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Flexibility to adapt quickly in a growth-driven, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate resourcefulness and emotional intelligence to identify obstacles and work collaboratively toward solutions.
Exhibit independent thinking and sound judgment when addressing situations not outlined in manuals or procedures.
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or patient-focused environments (non-insurance based).
Background in health insurance, benefits investigation, reimbursement, or financial counseling.

Work Environment
Schedule:
iRhythm provides 24/7 patient support. Shifts may include weekends and holidays and are subject to change with notice.
After the first 90 days of employment, shifts are reviewed quarterly, and adjustments may be requested to align with business needs.
Overtime shifts may occasionally be offered or mandated depending on business needs.
Employees are required to work four holiday shifts per year, which are assigned through a bid process.
For employees working within 45 minutes of an IRT location, occasional in-office attendance may be required for training, team days, IT issues, or business needs (advance notice provided where possible).

What You Will be Doing
As the Clinician Support Liaison for our accounts and patients, your role will involve the following responsibilities:

About this Role
The primary role of the Operations Maintenance Manager is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the equipment maintenance program at iRhythm facilities. This role will manage a team of Manufacturing Technicians, oversee preventative maintenance (PM) programs (i.e. Facilities/Manufacturing), improve equipment PM scheduling, response to line-down situations, spare parts availability, and manage staff performance.

As a Senior Software QA Engineer II, you will:

About This Role:
iRhythm's Product Development team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer I to join our Lifecycle (Sustaining) Engineering team. This role focuses on supporting existing products through their lifecycle, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement while maintaining business continuity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional projects that keep released medical device products compliant, reliable, cost-effective, and continuously manufacturable. You'll play a pivotal role within iRhythm's Lifecycle Engineering (LCE) Center of Excellence, charting the course for the company's capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. What You Will Be Doing
* Lead (project & technical) lifecycle initiatives across a portfolio of released products to preserve quality, supply continuity, cost, and compliance; own charters, integrated plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
* Champion initiatives to reduce cost and improve delivery performance through design enhancements, process optimization, and supplier engagement.
* Drive engineering changes through PLM, including requirements updates, BOM and drawing revisions (GD&T), tolerance analyses, and complete DHF/DMR impacts under design control.
* Partner with supplier quality to review supplier changes and obsolescence, including technical assessments, qualifications/first article, PPAP (as applicable), alternate materials/components, and SCAR collaboration.
* Partner with Operations to plan and execute line validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and identify opportunities to improve yields, reduce scrap/cycle time, and stabilize processes using Lean/Six Sigma and evidence-based decision making.
* Coordinate integration of PCBA, firmware, mechanical design, and test systems between product development and manufacturing
* Coordinate across testing initiatives for system integration (SIT), UAT across manufacturing, cloud and enterprise platforms (E2E testing)
* Maintain and update risk management files per ISO 14971 (pFMEA/dFMEA, hazard analyses) with inputs from post-market surveillance, complaints, and nonconformances.
* Ensure regulatory and QMS compliance (21 CFR 820/ISO 13485), including change impact assessments for submissions, labeling/UDI implications, and support for audits/inspections.
* Own clear communication and stakeholder alignment, providing status, metrics, and decisions to leadership; mentor junior engineers and reinforce Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
What We Want To See
* BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, or related technical field).
* 5+ years of engineering experience in medical device manufacturing or sustaining engineering (Class II/III environment preferred).
* Strong understanding of FDA QSR/QMSR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and design controls
* Proven management of ECO/change control in PLM
* Demonstrated validation and problem-solving capability: IQ/OQ/PQ, MSA, SPC/DOE; hands-on root cause (8D/DMAIC) and CAPA execution for product and process issues.
* Demonstrated use of SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in lifecycle engineering activities a plus.
* Knowledge of test fixture development, process validation, and manufacturing workflows
* Ability to conceptualize and manage interactions between hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical components
* Ability to navigate competing priorities and technical disagreements constructively.
* MS office suite including Project/Smartsheet

About This Role:
iRhythm is currently seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to join our Product Development team. Engineers at iRhythm work passionately to deliver innovative solutions that improve the quality of healthcare and the patient experience. In this role you will contribute directly to near and long-term commercialization efforts for our next-generation wearable bio-sensors, collaborating alongside a small team of multi-disciplinary engineers experienced in bringing medical devices to market.

About This Role:
In this role, you will support the lifecycle of complex medical device systems by leading a team of highly skilled engineers and managing projects ensuring quality, compliance, design, process improvement, and manufacturability while maintaining business continuity. You'll play a pivotal role within iRhythm's Lifecycle Engineering (LCE) Center of Excellence, charting the course for the company's capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. What You Will Be Doing
* Oversee lifecycle engineering projects maintaining product quality, compliance, and supply continuity across a diverse portfolio.
* Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on technical details, resourcing and timing of design and/or process implementation.
* Lead, develop and mentor a team of lifecycle engineers across various disciplines, providing mentorship and technical guidance supporting the product lifecycle engineering process.
* Define and implement product characterization methodologies and platforms to assess DFM and production readiness using SPC techniques (Cp, Cpk, CPU/CPL, GR&R)
* Establish end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy across manufacturing, cloud platform, and enterprise platforms, with structured governance.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
* Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA implementation for product and process issues, ensuring timely closure and effectiveness verification.
* Drive engineering change control (ECO/DCO) processes, ensuring timely execution and adherence to design control requirements.
* Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Regulatory to resolve manufacturing issues, improve yields, and support audits and inspections as required.
* Manage component obsolescence and supplier changes, including technical assessments, qualifications, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Ensures compliance with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971, maintaining audit-ready DHF/DMR and risk management files.
What We Want To See
* BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical) or related technical field, Masters degree a plus
* 8+ years of experience in medical device engineering, with 2+ years' experience managing an engineering team and/or being in a technical lead role (Class II/III environment preferred).
* Ability to conceptualize and manage interactions between hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical components.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices.
* Strong understanding of FDA QSR, ISO 13485, IEC 60601, ISO 14971 and IEC 62304 standards.
* Demonstrated validation and problem-solving capability; hands-on root cause and CAPA execution for product and process issues.
* Proven experience in defining and executing SIT and UAT strategies across complex, integrated environments (e.g., MES, ERP, cloud platforms).

* Proven technical writing skills, including managing specifications/requirements, developing, and maintaining design documentation, and authoring technical protocols and reports within a PLM database.

About This Role:
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer Intern to join our team in a Class II medical device manufacturing facility. This internship provides hands-on experience in production process support, equipment qualification, and continuous improvement within a highly regulated environment. The intern will work closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production operations.
This internship is a 6-month term position with flexible scheduling to accommodate academic commitments, and may be either part-time or full-time.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support for manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
* Assist with equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process validation activities to ensure compliance with FDA QSR (21 CFR Part 820) and ISO 13485.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve process efficiency, yield, and quality.
* Help develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
* Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including production line setup and process development.
* Assist with capacity analysis, workflow optimization, and layout improvements.
* Collaborate with quality engineering on nonconformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
* Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and maintain compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols.
Qualifications
Required:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
