What You Will be Doing As the Clinician Support Liaison for our accounts and patients, your role will involve the following responsibilities: * Act as the primary communicator via Phone, Outlook, ZioReports, and Salesforce between our Cardiac Technicians and external cardiac accounts, including hospitals, clinicians, and actual patient populations. * Effectively communicate ECG abnormalities by adhering to physician notification protocols and notifying physicians/clinical personnel as required. * Perform account follow-ups for additional clinical information, such as pacemaker settings and cardiac clinician contact information. * Utilize clinical case management ticket systems to respond, act, and update case status. * Verify process notification MDN criteria and ensure completeness of reports. * Foster communication with internal work partners (e.g., cardiac technicians) and external customers (e.g., hospitals and clinicians). * Meet or exceed the defined performance metrics for the role, encompassing both productivity and the quality of managed cases. * Adhere to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) Guidelines and Good Clinical Practices. * Maintain compliance with job-specific proficiency requirements. * Undertake other duties as assigned. What We Need to See * An associate degree and a minimum of 1 year of related customer service call center OR a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of customer service call center, preferably in the medical industry. * At least two days a week of in-office attendance at our San Francisco CA IDTF. This role plays a critical part in motivating and developing production teams, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining a culture of collaboration and accountability. The Manufacturing Supervisor partners closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality medical devices that improve patients' lives. Provides management direction in the approval of products through the complete production cycle. Oversees production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. Incumbents in this job family are typically responsible for directing and guiding the work of teams and/or individuals. Typically incumbents would be responsible for performance reviews, pay reviews, and may have hire/fire decision making authority. What We Need To See Education & Experience * Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in a medical device or regulated industry. * Demonstrated experience leading small to medium-sized production teams. Skills & Competencies * Working knowledge of medical device manufacturing, quality systems (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820), and GMP requirements. * Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems (e.g., QAD, SAP, Oracle). * Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Ability to motivate and lead teams while maintaining accountability for safety, quality, and delivery. * Commitment to fostering teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Work Environment This position is on-site and requires regular presence on the manufacturing floor to supervise operations and support team members. May involve shift work or weekend coverage depending on production needs. Occasional overtime may be required to support production schedules. This role will manage a team of Manufacturing Technicians, oversee preventative maintenance (PM) programs (i.e. Facilities/Manufacturing), improve equipment PM scheduling, response to line-down situations, spare parts availability, and manage staff performance. Job Responsibilities Include Operational Leadership * Lead the maintenance team ensuring all critical manufacturing and facility equipment operates at peak reliability and compliance standards. * Oversee preventative maintenance (PM) programs, ensuring scheduling effectiveness, timely execution, and minimal production disruption. * Manage technical resources - including personnel, equipment, and tools - to meet organizational goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. * Prioritize maintenance response to line-down situations and drive rapid, root-cause-based recovery actions. * Ensure all operations adhere to FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable medical device and environmental regulations. * Responsible for developing and/or revising SOP's/DOP's and owning quality improvement initiatives (i.e. CAPA, NC, Audit Findings etc.). Equipment Reliability & Planning * Maintain and continuously improve equipment uptime by developing robust PM and calibration programs. * Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs to identify trends, predict potential failures, and implement corrective actions proactively. * Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to maintain optimal critical spare parts inventory and manage vendor relationships effectively. * Lead failure mode analysis and corrective/preventive maintenance activities to enhance asset reliability and lifespan. * Manage department budgets in alignment with Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and continuous improvement initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Facilities, and Engineering teams to ensure maintenance priorities align with operational objectives. * Provide technical guidance and support during new equipment installations, validations, and process changes. * Collaborate with QA, EHS, and Regulatory teams to maintain documentation accuracy and readiness for internal or external audits. * Communicate equipment and facility status updates regularly to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across functions.
