Flexible hours where needed. You can pick your own schedule from day to day.

Cons

No full time positions. The weekly cap is at 25 hours typically with no major plans to open more opportunities.

Benefits

Independent work. Little supervision makes things relaxing and less stressful. However, less oversight increases your personal responsibilities
