With over 25 years of experience working for leading IT solutions providers, Marc is a versatile technology leader with focused expertise in consulting services and large-scale IT operations. As Chief Operating Officer, Marc guides the technology direction of Iron Bow ensuring the company’s offerings leverage industry innovations, align with client needs and are seamlessly delivered.

Marc has held senior management responsibilities in every phase of technology delivery, including marketing, business development, design, implementation, operations and support. With this experience, he brings a broad perspective to Iron Bow’s delivery approach. He is committed to leveraging expertise and best practices in each area to ensure consistent positive client experiences and results.

Prior to Iron Bow, Marc served as Vice President, Public Sector Services and Programs for Apptis Technology Solutions (ATS) where he managed IT services and infrastructure support to defense, civilian and commercial clients. He has also held senior management or technical positions at Northrop Grumman, PRC, DynCorp, Wang and Martin Marietta.

Marc achieved a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management with a secondary concentration in Business Management from the University of Maryland.

Charlie’ is a seasoned financial professional with over 25 years of experience in the government contracting and information technology sectors, with focused expertise in IPOs and acquisitions. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for Iron Bow corporate accounting and finance department functions.

Prior to Iron Bow, Charlie served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Apptis, Inc. He also held positions as Vice President of Finance at ManTech and Controller at GTSI. He began his career at Price Waterhouse, where his clients were primarily in the information technology or government contracting sectors, including IBM Federal Systems and American Management Systems.

Charlie is a Certified Professional Accountant and achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University.

Jim has over 20 years of experience implementing and managing IT infrastructures in both the commercial and government marketplaces. As Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for guiding Iron Bow’s technology solution offerings around cloud, collaboration, data center, mobility and end user devices, networking, cyber security and digitization and IoT.

During his career, Jim has held various leadership roles including; Director of Development responsible for the building and deployment of data centers and managed services across eight states, Director of Operations in the telecommunications industry and has also been a business owner of a company specializing in optimization and data availability.

Prior to Iron Bow, Jim managed a team of engineers for EMC working with the Army and DoD agencies to design and deploy virtualization, storage infrastructure, security, data management and continuity of operations solutions.

Sarah brings nearly two decades of experience in government technology marketing leadership across federal, SLED, and healthcare markets. Her extensive knowledge in demand generation, digital-first go-to-market strategies, brand awareness, and building world-class marketing organizations provide tremendous added value to the Iron Bow team. Sarah’s tours of duty include Red Hat, Experian, MarkLogic, Granicus, and most recently, GTY Technology where she served as CMO for two of five business units, eCivis, and Questica.

Ms. Stevens will lead the strategic direction for the healthcare business unit and will draw on her extensive healthcare experience launching new products, services and solutions to the market for Kaiser Permanente, McKesson Health Solutions and the TriZetto Group. Ms. Stevens is known for reliably implementing innovative technology at scale. Most recently, she served as the national leader for Telehealth/Virtual Care at Kaiser Permanente, overseeing the design, development, deployment and support of market leading programs for video visits, remote patient monitoring, online physical therapy and more. She’s known for her ability to synthesize market, clinical, operational and financial requirements, leading to greater efficiency and effectiveness in care delivery.
