Data Center Energy Strategist
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Data Center Energy Strategist to join our Global Data Centers team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing interconnection strategy and energy delivery for new and existing data center sites. You will partner across business, engineering, utility, regulatory, and sustainability teams to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and resilient power delivery aligned with renewable energy goals, ESG commitments, and Iron Mountain's growth targets.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
+ Develop and drive the interconnection strategy for prospective and operational IMDC data center sites, ensuring alignment with power availability, regulatory frameworks, and the company's sustainability/renewables goals.
+ Assess and qualify sites based on power delivery timelines, interconnection feasibility, utility capacity, and energy cost projections.
+ Lead negotiations and management of interconnection agreements with utilities/ISOs, including power delivery contracts, grid impact studies, and capacity reservations.
+ Coordinate with permitting, entitlement, and regulatory bodies to secure approvals needed for interconnection infrastructure (e.g., switchyards, substations, feeder lines).
+ Evaluate power transmission and distribution infrastructure requirements and risks, including delivering power from the grid or via on-site / near-site generation or renewables.
+ Establish financial models, projections, and risk analyses for interconnection costs, grid upgrade costs, energy price volatility, capacity/rate tariffs, and utility interconnection timelines.
+ Define interconnection build-out schedules, milestones, and coordinate with external partners, utilities, engineering firms, and contractors to track, validate, and de-risk delivery.
+ Monitor regulatory or policy developments affecting interconnection, grid access, tariffs, interconnection queue delays, utility capacity planning, etc. Feed those into strategy.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
+ 10+ years of experience in energy strategy, procurement, utility relations, or project development for energy-intensive consumers, such as data centers.
+ Strong knowledge of utility interconnection processes, electrical infrastructure, renewable energy sourcing, and energy market dynamics (e.g., tariffs, regulations). Experience negotiating with executives from utilities and regulatory bodies.
+ Proven ability in leading complex, large-scale projects and effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders.
+ Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental, or an energy-related discipline.
+ Experience with local, state, and federal regulatory bodies related to energy, interconnection, and permitting.
+ Willingness/ability to travel (~25-50%) to sites, utility offices, stakeholders.

Our _Senior Imaging Operations Managers_ are responsible for leading a team of 250+ employees to coordinate and execute the implementation of our digitization programs and service offerings. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Responsible for overall Positive Employee Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Safety within the specific market(s).
+ Provides leadership on all aspects of Operational Excellence and Service Level Agreements.
+ Oversees communication regarding day-to-day challenges/concerns from all sites providing Imaging Operations for Customers and other Government Imaging across the United States.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ 5+ Years Management experience preferably in Operations, Sales, Federal Contracting or Imaging Center preferred
+ Strong organization and planning skills for teams larger than 175 employees.
+ Experience in data reporting for trending, billing and production goals.
+ Skills - Strong organizational and planning; develop and implement strategic plans to meet service level agreements; clear and effective communication (written, oral & presentation) for both internal teams and customers; time management; and effective management skills, including proven ability to lead and motivate people.
+ Proficiency in computer skills in a PC environment including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel.

ARM Group LLC is seeking a Civil or Environmental Project Manager with land development experience to join our fast-growing Energy and Power practice. In this role, you will manage development projects for renewable energy installations, working at the intersection of sustainable energy and environmental compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, geologists, CAD designers, and administrative staff to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' energy goals.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee stormwater management design, erosion and sediment control planning, and related land development engineering for solar, wind, and other energy & power projects. You will apply your technical expertise to complete engineering calculations, prepare detailed reports, and develop design drawings using CAD Software. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will regularly interface with regulatory agencies, clients, and internal project teams to ensure project success.
Location: This position can be filled in our Columbia, MD office.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate the development, design and permitting of multiple projects simultaneously for various projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region (ARM territory) with a primary focus in Maryland.
· Prepare and review engineering designs and permit applications in order to acquire approvals.
· Maintain complex schedules, develop project timelines, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage people and materials, acting as the direct point of contact for all stakeholders, in order to complete jobs on schedule and within budget guidelines.
· Monitor project work progress, adhering to the scope of work, and communicating with key stakeholders.
· Assess and mitigate project risks; Pro-actively recognize problems and develop effective solutions.
· Perform quality assurance and quality control evaluations and/or check technical calculations and prepare project specifications.
· Prepare detailed models and technical documents to present project design/feasibility findings to stakeholders.
· Evaluate the economic, engineering, or pragmatic feasibility of projects based on site and/or building constraints (i.e., constructability assessment).
Requirements
· Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, or other mid-Atlantic state(s).
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering (Civil or Environmental) from an accredited four-year college or university.
· 5+ years of experience designing and permitting projects involving land development or land use permitting.
· Experience with stormwater management plans, erosion & sediment control planning and permitting (NPDES).
· Knowledge of State environmental regulations and experience navigating local permitting authorities for zoning, subdivision, and stormwater ordinances.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects.
· Creative and detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic, self-motivated mindset, and eagerness to grow.
· Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with key stakeholders, including officials and environmental regulators, to exchange information, clearly explain the project goals, obtain permit approvals, coordinate compliance efforts.

**Cloud Services Implementation Engineer**
This position will be a key technical engineering change agent and directly support the digital transformation journey of Iron Mountain. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Services Implementation Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of scalable, secure, and robust cloud solutions. This role requires a hands-on technologist with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, application modernization, Data Protection and Data Center network and infrastructure knowledge. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring successful cloud transformations and implementations for our customers. Financial awareness with regards to procurement, monthly capacity and budget forecasting will be crucial.

+ Process and prepare a high volume of hard copy records for scanning, ensuring all documents are correctly sorted and prepped for efficient conversion.
+ Operate and maintain scanning equipment to accurately convert physical documents into digital images, following strict quality control and production standards.
+ Index and key critical data from documents into multiple software applications with a strong focus on detail and accuracy to ensure data integrity.
+ Ensure compliance with all internal production procedures, security protocols, and client service level agreements to maintain document control and confidentiality.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
+ Experience in a high-volume production, administrative, or data entry environment.
+ Strong knowledge of basic PC operations and computer-related products, with proficiency in reading and communicating in English.
+ Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a sustained, focused pace to meet production rates and quality targets.
+ Physical requirement: Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
