Qualifications We are seeking individuals who embody the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. A Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification through an accredited program such as ACE, ACSM, CSCS, NETA, NASM, ISSA or AFAA preferred, or the ability to obtain certification within an agreed upon timeframe required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Exercise Physiology may also be considered. Experience as a Personal Trainer and/or with small group exercise programs preferred. The ability to provide personal training services for the YMCA/Family Wellness network only is required. Outside similar services are considered a conflict of interest.
