The moment I left was the height of my delight.
Nepotism from HR on down.
There were several coworkers who were legitimate hardworking people. Then, there is the majority of the rest. They tend to stand around and gossip or micromanage upon subjects they had no clue as to what they were actually doing.
Showed up willing to work. Which was a mistake. Took advantage of many who were looking to climb the proverbial ladder only to undercut wages, insurance, profit sharing etc.
Well below.
Diverse demographics? That's non existant.
Not being at that place any longer.
