Summary/Objective
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) safely provides anesthesia to surgical patients for a variety of operations and/or procedures. The CRNA performs pre-anesthesia patient evaluations/histories, prepares anesthesia plans, delivers all forms of anesthesia and follows up on anesthesia cases. The CRNA will consult and collaborate with the entire surgical care team. Performs routine maintenance and cleaning of anesthesia equipment.
Required Education and Experience
Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). The approving official may authorize a waiver of the requirement for ACEN or CCNE accreditation of any degree in nursing provided the college or university has regional accreditation from an accrediting body recognized by the Department of Education at the time of the candidate's graduation and the composite qualifications of the applicant warrant such consideration. OR The completion of coursework equivalent to a nursing degree in a MSN Bridge Program that qualifies for professional nursing registration constitutes the completion of an approved course of study of professional nursing. Students should submit the certificate of professional nursing to sit for the NCLEX to the VA along with a copy of the MSN transcript. (Reference VA Handbook 5005, Appendix G6) OR In cases of graduates of foreign schools of professional nursing, possession of a current, full, active and unrestricted registration will meet the requirement for graduation from an approved school of professional nursing.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Revenue Cycle to join our healthcare organization in Chicago, United States. The successful candidate will lead our revenue cycle management team, overseeing all aspects of the billing and collection process to maximize revenue and ensure financial stability.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance and reduce accounts receivable days
Manage and mentor a team of revenue cycle professionals, including billers, coders, and collectors
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on revenue cycle metrics
Collaborate with clinical departments to ensure accurate and timely charge capture
Oversee the claims submission process and work to reduce claim denials and rejections
Implement and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements
Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management
Serve as a liaison between the finance department and other stakeholders in the organization
Develop and maintain relationships with key payers to resolve complex reimbursement issues
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
Proven track record in managing teams and leading successful projects
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid
Strong proficiency in revenue cycle management systems and medical billing software
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong leadership and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) or similar certification preferred

Job Description
The financial analyst will assist in the preparation of the operational and capital budgets, review and analyze departmental variance analyses, provide various financial reports and analyses for senior management and Financial Committees of the Board, develop key performance indicators and operational benchmarking, analyze economics of various programs and functions, maintain liaison with departmental leadership and administrative staff in the preparation and analyses of financial reports to resolve problems concerning budget variances, provide information to various external organizations and professional organizations concerning fiscal operations, assist Financial Management in various special projects and requests, perform other duties as directed.

Functions in an independent and professional manner to provide high-quality, trauma informed behavioral health services to outpatient clients and their families
Clinical Responsibilities:
Provides short-term and long-term evidence-based behavioral health services to patients and their families, including individual, family, and group therapy
Provides behavioral health consultation services in clinics within an integrated health model for a minimum of 8 hours per week
Provides care for patients with presenting symptoms such as behavioral problems, trauma exposure and symptomology, school and learning problems, attention problems, anxiety, depression, as well as others
Has training in and can implement behavioral health interventions, such as individual psychotherapy, behavior modification techniques, trauma therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention. Consults and collaborates with the multidisciplinary health care team to ensure services are integrated into patient's treatment
