+ Monitoring and testing new installations, troubleshoot and repair problems, observe pipe and valve placements, and evaluate start-ups, winterization and overall operation of the irrigation system.
+ Conducting and recording detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of client systems.
**You might be a good fit if you have:**
+ Along with supervisory skills and your proactive manner, we require a minimum of 1 year of productive experience in the installation, inspection and repair of irrigation systems.
+ A valid driver's license
+ Good knowledge of trenchers, multi-meters, wire locators, ditchers and pipe sizing are also essential.

+ Bilingual in Spanish

Purpose
This Irrigation Technician position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Irrigation department to ensure proper performance of the watering system schedule for the cannabis cultivation. This position supports a variety of duties to ensure the fertigation for a cannabis cultivation facility The Irrigation Technician role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Irrigation Technician will report to the Lead of Irrigation and Supervisor of Production.
Pay for this role is $18/hour
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
This position is responsible for taking on a variety of tasks and projects to ensure the watering of plants for a large-scale indoor cannabis cultivation. This tasks include prepping and properly staking each plant with emitter lines, watering propagated plants, conducting substrate sensor readings and reportings, monitoring of the cultivation plant health and emitting, and supporting projects assigned by the leadership of the department
Supporting the maintenance of the Irrigation department objectives and equipment as instructed by leadership of the department. Cleaning and maintaining all areas, equipment, and material throughout the work area.
This position is expected to perform tasks in a timely manner, accurately, safely, and compliant. This position will be responsible for participating in their role throughout the scheduled shift, consistently.
Use company logs and reporting software to input data for the Production department
Cleaning and maintaining all areas, equipment, and material throughout the cultivation.
Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Production dept tasks, Post Harvest dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Training Requirements
This position will follow the direction and training by the Lead of Irrigation and/or Supervisor of Production assigned to the Buckeye Lake, OH cultivation facility. The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to achieve the high standard cultivation practices, consistently and compliant.
Training towards PharmaCann's mission statement and leadership development.
Understanding how to compliantly operate within the cultivation based on the state laws and regulations.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
Collect and clean pieces of equipment. Keep all equipment in good working order. Purge table lines according to company procedures. Clear tables of any loose debris.
This position is responsible for utilizing equipment and supplies provided by leadership properly, as trained. This position must report to leadership when the equipment operating with is malfunctioning.
Responsible for sanitizing, cleaning, and maintaining of irrigation and fertigation equipment and cultivation area as instructed.
Direct the communication and reporting of plant health and water system issue concerns with the Manager of Irrigation for proper awareness of organization and analysis.
Compliance and Reporting
Take instruction from Irrigation leadership towards upholding current laws and regulations for the cultivation facility. Adapt to updated laws and regulations to implement safe and effective practices to sustain highest quality standards and efficiencies.
Take instruction from leadership with updating and tracking all required information in the Irrigation department logs and spreadsheets daily.
Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be addressed, reported, and resolved. Communication with appropriate leadership to ensure resolution.
Supervision
Works under the direct supervision of the Lead of Irrigation and Supervisor of Production.
This position is expected to follow and obey the company policies.
Working Conditions
Able to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Able to move about an indoor agricultural, typical manufacturing and warehouse environment. This position is part of a fast paced environment. Working in warmer, agricultural conditions, wearing cover-all uniforms for protective layering.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Physically walk the community on a regular basis and remove litter, trash, debris, limbs, pet droppings, etc. from grounds, breezeways, landing, common hallways, pool area (if applicable), laundry rooms, mail rooms (if applicable), dumpster areas, recreation areas, parking lots, driveways, walkways.
Clear sidewalks, stoops, and/or stairwells of snow and ice with use of broom, shovel snow blower or other equipment; distribute salt/deicer; plow snow from driveways.
Perform regularly scheduled light checks.
Clean pool (may be required to add chemicals depending on state regulations)
Perform trash out duties at vacant apartments on a daily basis. Remove all abandoned furniture, trash, and/or boxes. Remove to dumpster or storage area, as assigned.
Transfer trash left outside of dumpster into dumpster. Pick up and sweep area.
Detail community on a regular basis. Clean and rake shrub areas; shovel mud when necessary. Use blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass and/or other debris.
Repair and/or replace windows, screens, sliding doors, etc. Perform routine maintenance as requested.
Assist with various physical tasks as directed, such as tearing down fences, digging holes etc.
Help clean and maintain storage areas.
Perform interior and exterior painting duties when requested.
Change locks and/or make keys when requested.
Perform work-area clean up and safety related duties.
Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
High School diploma or G.E.D.
One years' experience doing general maintenance work in a related field. Experience working in a SNF or AL preferred.
Must be able to speak, read and understand English. Must be able to communicate in writing as well as verbally.
Able to lift 50 pounds regularly. Finger, hand dexterity, visual and aural acuity required. Position requires sitting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, stretching, lifting, grasping, and reaching.

Participate in appropriate in-service trainings.

Ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
Follow maintenance schedule/instructions as outlined from your Maintenance Director.
Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc. by cutting, trimming, policing, sweeping, etc. as necessary/directed.
Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, minor HVAC, etc. as directed.
Replace burned out light bulbs, to include, exit lights, overhead lights, fluorescent lights, room call lights, etc.
Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
Maintain the confidentiality of resident information.
Knock before entering resident's room and state who you are.
Help promote a team work environment by listening and helping your fellow co-workers.
Follow on call rotation schedule.
