What You'll Do
Management (15%)

Oversee the conflict‑of‑interest identification and clearance process and implement and maintain ethical wall protocols to ensure compliance with professional responsibility requirements in coordination with the Deputy General Counsel.
Collaborate with IT to oversee the transition of responsibility for system maintenance and backend administrative support for LegalOps' software. Ensure that this shared model promotes data quality, supports efficient workflows, ensures adherence to ethics rules and regulatory requirements, and includes the development of policies and procedures that protect privileged and confidential information.
In conjunction with GC staff, manage legal staff involved in legal risk mitigation, including, without limitation, the conflicts checks and resolution process for new matters and staff, including identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems to mitigate legal risk.
Matter Management, Intelligence, and System Management (30%)
Oversee the gathering, maintenance, and interpretation of matter intelligence to support reporting needs for the SVPs of Operations and Program, VPs of Litigation and the President, as well as the Finance, Development, and Communications teams.
Manage and assist with optimizing matter intake, assignment and time tracking processes and oversee timekeeping systems to ensure accurate time capture.
Oversee day‑to‑day operations and adoption of Contract Management System, including evaluating potential platforms and process improvements with GC Team.
Partner with IT and Program to identify, evaluate, and adopt tools, including legal artificial intelligence tools, that will support the organization's legal practice and compliance.
Support the development of processes and workflows to ensure such deployments are done in a compliant manner and are periodically evaluated to ensure they meet ongoing program needs and satisfy applicable compliance requirements.
Ongoing Learning (5%)
Stay current on emerging legal technologies and innovation trends.
Actively pursue professional development and promote a culture of learning by building skills and sharing knowledge.

General Purpose
The role of a Controls Technician is to provide competent and effective electrical and controls support to Plant operations. The ability to perform work safely, meet the needs of Operations, execute the maintenance program and comply with all safety codes such as the National Electrical Code is paramount. The Controls Technician must ensure plant electrical and control systems are installed, maintained and modified in accordance with local, state and national electrical safety codes. The Controls Technical must identify, troubleshoot and repair problems in electrical and controls wiring and programming that occur in production equipment and systems and able to work with voltages up to 600V, three-phase & single-phase A/C circuits, transformers, switchgear, and motor control centers. He/she must be able to run tests, isolate problems, replace faulty sections of wiring, and perform other tasks as necessary. He/she also performs preventive maintenance and upgrades to electronic control systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and control systems to include disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and calibration.
Understand how to read and translate the information found within building and process blueprints and one-line diagrams to install outlets, circuits, load centers and other forms of electrical equipment.
After installing the electrical equipment, test all connections to ensure all components are working properly and safely.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and controls issues in industrial equipment and processes using experience, system knowledge and proper instruments appropriate to the voltages and currents encountered.
Meet and follow local, state and national electrical codes.
Maintain motor control centers (MCC's), switchgear, industrial robots, electronic controllers on mechanized tools, as well as transformers and generators.
Communicate with management, engineers, mechanics, and equipment operators to advise them if there are any potential electrical hazards.
Install fiber optic cables, coaxial wires and computers in support of plant telecommunications systems.
Execute the maintenance work schedule as provided by his/her supervisor. Proper execution of the work schedule will require strategic decisions to ensure the scheduled work will be completed within the period scheduled.
Keep the assigned Plant Controls Specialist informed of all issues which may affect the operational capability of the area processes and equipment.
Examine jobs to be done and determine scope and best way to accomplish the work. Consult with requester, maintenance planner, and/or supervisor when necessary.
Obtain one-lines, drawings, instructional manuals and special procedures, as needed, from files or other sources. Make any additional sketches, diagrams, etc., necessary to clarify the intent of the work order.
Ensure the safety needs are given a top priority in operations support and work execution. Some examples are Arc Flash/Shock Hazard safety, confined space entry, LOTO, hazardous materials, hand tool safe use, etc.
Update the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) as necessary to maintain accurate plant asset historical records.
Have complete knowledge of plant's processes and packaging systems.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in the execution of the work schedule and operational support. Ensure the shop is maintained in a safe and orderly fashion.
Enforce plant polices in the execution of their assigned duties.
Protect the integrity and quality of product at all times.
Attend meetings and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Recommend equipment to be included in preventive maintenance programs.
Suggest improvements to all maintenance processes, including planning scheduling, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, CMMS, storeroom operations, etc.
Promote the conservation of energy and water.
Maintain close contact with assigned maintenance crew, the production supervisor and equipment production operator technicians.
Make recommendations for system improvement.

Partner with the Executive Director and Associate Head to design and deliver meaningful professional development. Participate in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and retention of faculty and staff in coordination with Human Resources.
Student Experience and Well-Being: Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe environment that prioritizes students' academic success and personal growth. Address student behavioral and social-emotional needs proactively through collaboration with counselors and families. Oversee student conduct, attendance, and discipline in alignment with the school's mission and values with students and families regarding expectations and outcomes. Approve and oversee all student trips and off-campus experiences, ensuring best practices for safety and supervision.
Administrative and Operational Management: Manage the Middle School's daily operations, including schedules, substitute coverage, events, conferences, and communications. Develop and oversee the Middle School budget, ensuring responsible management of resources. Support admissions, re-enrollment, and orientation efforts in partnership with the Admissions Director. Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. Collaborate with Facilities and Auxiliary Services to ensure a well-maintained and engaging campus environment, including after-school and summer programs.
Community Engagement and School Leadership: Serve as a visible and accessible presence in the school community; attend events, performances, athletic competitions, and student activities. Collaborate with the Athletic Director to ensure that middle school athletics reflect the school's mission and promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and balance. Coordinate annual testing plans and communication with parents and with the Director of Testing. Partner closely with the Executive Director and Associate Heads of School to advance divisional and institutional goals. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director.

The Regional Channel Manager (RCM) will be responsible for generating new sales revenue through managing the overall sales efforts of assigned markets through partners. The RCM will also have responsibility as the main point of contact for select National Technology Service Distributors (TSD's).
The RCM will leverage their network of partners and in-depth knowledge of the Channel ecosystem to sell Segra products and services in region and nationally across the Segra footprint with Segra's direct sales teams. The RCM will run quarterly business reviews with top partners and TSD's. The RCM will recruit new partners through their TSD relationships and facilitate introductions to Segra's local sales VP's. Additionally, the RCM will support their assigned markets with partner focused events and activities. The RCM will represent Segra at National industry events as well as regional TSD events.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist local Segra sales teams with partner introductions helping forge relationship in market.
Train and develop our sales teams to more effectively work with partners
Provide on-going support when necessary to assure customer and partner satisfaction

Qualifications
Education:
4 year degree in sales / marketing or related field, equivalent work experience, or a combination thereof
Experience:
10 years previous telecommunication sales and / or sales support experience preferred
10+ years of telecommunications sales or technology sales experience specifically including sales of products such as core connectivity, extended connectivity, storage and cloud services, and/or security solutions
5+ previous Channel sales / Partner experience preferred
