* Preplanning: tools needed, materials, installation techniques that is the fastest and safest way possible.

Requirements
Perform finish carpentry and other construction-related work
Be knowledgeable on building products, new products, building technologies, etc.
Keep an eye out for safety concerns when on-site at losses or at the office
Communicate with Management and all internal/external Customers
Obtain & maintain additional IICRC certifications, when requested by management
