I am a chief financial officer with a background in financial management, joint ventures, acquisitions & global tax strategies, as well as business and strategic planning. Since joining Ishi Systems in 2005, I have been recognized with increasing levels of accountability via promotion in a high-growth environment. As the company has grown globally, I have taken necessary steps to ensure the organization is positioned to adapt and achieve improved levels of accuracy and performance. A key member of the leadership team, I am comfortable engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, generating adoption for the implementation of new ideas.

In addition to leading the finance function, including financial forecasting, accounting, treasury, and compliance, I also play a lead role in corporate development to build strategic partnerships, target acquisitions to expand offerings and boost profitability.
