Dean Stoecker is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of the Board. Dean founded Alteryx in 1997 and led the company as CEO through October 2020, achieving solid organic growth, and a successful IPO in March 2017. Dean’s leadership and motivational skills, along with his ability to create, communicate, and realize a vision, were a driving force behind the company’s 20+ year success. The company’s performance since going public in 2017 is a direct result of the company’s ability to execute on delivering a transformational experience to customers of all sizes, and Dean’s unique vision and strategy around empowering every worker, regardless of technical acumen, to transform their data into actionable insights and drive meaningful business impact. Dean serves as advisor to entrepreneurs and is an active philanthropist, creating the Alteryx for Good program to bring the thrill of solving real-world problems to nonprofits, educators, and local communities. Dean is passionate about humanizing the world of data science and analytics, which is evident in the company’s culture, extensive resources for continued education, and efforts to influence social change. Before co-founding Alteryx, Dean held various sales and business leadership roles at Strategic Mapping and Dun & Bradstreet. Dean earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and his undergraduate degree in international business from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Brian Pierce is a software technology industry veteran who has led and repeatedly built rapidly scaling businesses through dynamic, hands-on management through both organic and inorganic growth. An experienced software executive with more than 30 years of technical, sales and operational experience across all aspects of company operations in the business, including CEO, COO and President positions, in both software infrastructure and enterprise applications. I currently sit on the boards of Jitterbit Software and Wolfepak Software and am a Sr. Advisor at Sixth Street Partners. Brian has served as CEO of Rogue Wave Software from 2008 - 2019. Brian lead Rogue Wave through two Private equity holds and exits with Rogue Wave. Under Battery Ventures ownership 2008 - 2012, Rogue Wave grew revenue almost 65% while more than doubling EBITDA through four acquisitions. Under Audax ownership, 2012 - 2019, Rogue Wave grew revenue by almost 300% and EBITDA grew 250% through six acquisitions. Both exits achieved higher than industry average returns for our owners. Prior to Rogue Wave, Brian served as a Senior Vice President at Infor Global Solutions where he had responsibility for five independently operating business units with over $90M in revenue generating $65M in EBITDA. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of TriSyn Group, 2003 - 2008, an enterprise-class applications software company focused on the top 100 banks in the U.S. TriSyn became part of Infor in 2007. At TIBCO, 1999 - 2003, Brian carried many different operational executive roles and ended his tenure as Senior Vice President of Customer Satisfaction and Support, where he implemented a world-class global professional service and 24x7 support organization for a rapidly growing business. Brian also built a world class professional services organization globally at TIBCO. He was Vice President of Field Operations at InConcert, Inc., a Xerox Technology Venture company acquired by TIBCO in 1999. Brian started his career at Xerox where he spent 13 years in various technical, sales and management positions. Brian's passion is working with high performance teams to deliver maximum value for customers, employees and stakeholders.

Founder, Chairman, and CEO of ProV International, a Florida-based global enterprise consulting and system integration company established in 2003. He has played a key role in the continued development of ProV customer satisfaction and high quality of service. Ajit has over twenty-five years of IT solutions experience, including seven years in various technology management positions across the United States. Before ProV, he created the Silicon Valley computer integration firm Aces International and led the company through a period of outstanding global growth that turned it into a multi-million dollar corporation in just five years. Throughout his career, he has headed a multinational team of extraordinarily talented people with an unrelenting attention to detail and a genuine appreciation for pushing the industry forward. Ajit holds a Bachelor's of Engineering from Bombay University and an MBA from the Utah State University. He was awarded Best MIS & IT Executive in the 2006 International Business Awards, also known as Stevie Awards, and was finalist in the Best Executive category of the same event.
