John S. Mengucci is Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations for CACI International Inc. In this role, he has primary responsibility for all of the company's domestic, federal, state, and local markets and oversees the company's main business groups - Enterprise Solutions and Services; Healthcare, Litigation, and Enterprise IT; Mission Solutions and Services; National and Cyber Solutions; and National Services. Mr. Mengucci possesses a strong track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies and managing large operations for peak performance to continue CACI's sustained growth and success. Prior to joining CACI, Mr. Mengucci was President of the Lockheed Martin Corporation's Information Systems and Global Solutions - Civil Product Line. In this position, he led a 13,000-person, $4 billion business area. His group served clients such as the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and many other federal agencies. He oversaw additional growth markets as well as investments in health, energy, and financial markets. Mr. Mengucci's previous positions at Lockheed Martin included serving as President of Information Systems and Global Solutions - Defense. In this role, his responsibilities included the execution and growth of a $3.5 billion business area providing intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance; command and control; data fusion; and IT solutions and services to domestic and international defense departments. Before this, Mr. Mengucci held increasingly responsible executive roles with Lockheed Martin, beginning with his position as director of Martin Marietta Corporation's Electronic Systems Radar Product Support Division in 1992. Mr. Mengucci's professional and community affiliations include having served as a board member for the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Junior Achievement; sitting on the board of directors for the Tech America Public Sector Board and the RTCA NextGen Advisory Committee; and serving as a youth travel soccer coach and recreational baseball coach. He has received the President's Volunteer Service Award every year since 2006. Mr. Mengucci holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Clarkson College of Technology and a master's of business administration in organizational management from Syracuse University.

He was also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Information Spectrum Inc. (ISI), which was acquired by the Anteon Corporation in May of 2003. With Mark at the helm, ISI aggressively built upon its existing foundations and grew from $28 million in 1989 revenue to over $130 million in 2002 revenue with over 1,200 employees. ISI also became a leading systems integrator of card technology applications, counting among its achievements the development of the integrated card production systems in use today for production of Department of Homeland Security identification cards by the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services. Outside of Zenetex, Mark enjoys spending time with his son and Cornell graduate Brian, and daughter and University of Texas graduate Danielle. He also enjoys playing golf and is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan. Mark holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Tulane University and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago.
