SAIC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in North Charleston, SC. The Warehouse Specialist will provide support to the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for operating MRAP and Light Tactical Vehicles in a production environment.
Follows clearly detailed procedures in performing repetitive tasks in the same sequence consistently.
Drives vehicle on and off of Trailer or Docking system.
Operates vehicle in close proximity to other vehicles or building in a safe and efficient manner.
Relays directions to other drivers to assist in parking or backing operations.
Preparing and arranging materials and products in bulk and non-bulk forms for distribution or storage; moving and loading or unloading equipment, materials, and products; operating forklifts and related material-handling machinery and material handling equipment; to load and move materials.

Verifiable 1 year experience in ANY commercial or military driving within the last 3 years.

It also includes protocols used for applications such as entanglement distribution in quantum networks, synchronization of distant quantum network nodes, quantum component characterization and quantum-enhanced measurements using exotic and non-Gaussian quantum states of light.
Quantum Enabled Optical Communications: Quantum enabled optical communications includes the implementation of quantum information science, quantum measurement science and quantum state detection to experimentally implement quantum-enabled classical and quantum optical communication links over fiber and free-space channels. While quantum key distribution (QKD) is included in this definition, it is not the focus of the desired position and experience in using quantum optical effects to create hybrid classical and quantum networks is preferred.

The RMF Analyst will collaborate with system owners, developers, and security personnel to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the system lifecycle. A strong working knowledge of the Navy's RMF process and tools such as eMASSter and RAFT is essential.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
**1. RMF Implementation and Maintenance**
+ Develop and maintain RMF documentation, including System Security Plans (SSPs), Security Assessment Plans (SAPs), Security Assessment Reports (SARs), and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
+ Determine applicable security controls in alignment with NIST 800-53 and other guidance

Interface with a variety of protocols and sensors to collect data at edge nodes
Development of code (C++, Java, Python) for optimizing low SWaP operations in distributed sensor systems
Ensure a cyber-compliant software architecture is developed ranging from edge node to cloud resources

Required Education and Experience:

Desired Skills:
Familiarity with a variety of programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python), coding best practices, and version control
Knowledge of the ATO/ATP process and developing code compliant with DoD cybersecurity specifications
Ability to rapidly manipulate data schemas and integrate into systems' given an API
Full stack development experience is desired, backend development required
Ability to perform unit level component testing and rapidly diagnose bugs/issues
