We are looking for a high-performing, well-connected senior seller to join iSpot's fast-growing Media Partnerships team. Ideal applicants are solutions-focused, self-motivated, can effectively operate in a fast-paced start-up environment, and have an impressive level of technical understanding around the role video measurement plays in today's modern media landscape (inclusive of linear + CTV). Within a defined book of business, ideal candidates must be able to instinctively identify, cultivate and close new business & expansion opportunities with blue-chip clients & prospects alike. Also required is the ability to work collaboratively with customer success colleagues to strategically expand and grow existing client relationships. Responsibilities will include: Manage all aspects of client selling: prospecting, presenting, proposal generation, initial relationship management, closing and transition. Develop and exhibit subject matter expertise on iSpot's range of products and services, as well as the end user use cases associated with them. Develop and execute territory account plans & strategics in order to achieve and exceed individual quota responsibility. Build, maintain and consistently deliver an accurately forecasted pipeline tied to your given book of business. Manage multiple deals and deal stages concurrently, including the navigation of negotiations and legal or procurement discussions. Exhibit strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners within identified territory. Utilize customer and prospect contact activities, tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau, etc). Leverage continued trainings offered at iSpot to improve individual sales results. We are looking for someone that has: 10+ years SaaS measurement sales experience, with a focus on selling subscription-based services to media companies and modern ad sales organizations. Deep understanding of modern media measurement, the use of ACR technology, attribution measurement, cross-platform measurement and ID resolution. Track record of success in selling complex offerings to top media companies (e.g. networks, publishers, cable operators, DSPs, RMNs, SSPs, etc). Ability to prioritize, organize and operate in a fast moving, entrepreneurial start-up environment. Demonstrated ability to work remotely and present virtually, communicate effectively with HQ teams and be in-person on some regular cadence each week. Exceptional communicator in terms of verbal and written presentation skills. Able to effectively articulate a unique value proposition that resonates with client needs Strong media analytics or big data and/or sales & marketing experience a plus Target base cash compensation range: $185,000-200,000 USD Annually This role's variable compensation is based on quarterly targets and is paid quarterly at an 50/50 base/variable split. About the Role We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator / Talent Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition team in an early-stage startup. In this role, you will manage the coordination and administrative aspects of recruitment, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate scheduling, communication, data tracking, and process execution to ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates and teams. As the backbone of recruiting operations, you will coordinate logistics, maintain system accuracy, and support candidates throughout interviews. Required: BS/BA degree 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a related role (internships or agency experience welcome) Familiarity with Ashby or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a willingness to learn ATS best practices Interest in developing sourcing skills, with some exposure to outreach, research, or candidate identification a plus Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage scheduling, communication, and multiple moving pieces Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal partners High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, especially when maintaining candidate records and hiring documentation Collaborative working style, with the ability to support recruiters and hiring managers across different teams A desire to grow in the recruiting field, learn full-cycle recruiting over time, and take on increasing responsibility as the company scales What you'll get: A compensation package that includes a base salary $55,000 - $70,000 + equity grant Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.     Job DescriptionThe Metropolitan Opera is eager to foster an inclusive workforce in the world of grand opera. These fellowship positions are geared towards people who are traditionally underserved in the behind the scenes work of opera. This is an early career/post undergrad training program for people who are interested in working professionally in opera. It is structured much like an apprenticeship where the fellow will be applying for future work as part of the program. The sixth year of the Fellowship Program will once again have two positions: Stage Manager Fellow and Stage Director Fellow. Each fellow will participate in the production of repertory opera at the highest level under the supervision of proven professionals. The fellow will be prepared to make a significant commitment to the program. These fellowships will begin at the earliest, August 10, 2026 and last up to 33 weeks. The exact schedule is flexible based on production schedules and that of the fellow. This is a full-time paid opportunity with benefits. With this Fellowship, you will have the chance to: ·Hone necessary skills by being present for the challenging process of stage managing/stage directing both new and repertory productions. ·Practice problem solving through observation of: o leaders in the field of opera stage managing and directing working through the production process. o production meetings. o multiple departments interacting in the course of the production. · Cultivate a personal workflow to learn and prepare an opera production including: o Creating important paperwork and working scores. o Communicating changes and updates throughout the Met. o Learning the intricacies of all facets of scheduling including: § the intersection of multiple Union contracts. § the needs of the artists. § the challenges of repertory opera including space, time and personnel constraints. Primary Responsibilities Each fellow will have the opportunity to spend a portion of the season observing colleagues in the alternate department, allowing for exposure to a broad selection of Stage Managers and Directors. Each fellow will be required to keep a regular written log of their experiences and their own responses to circumstances and review it with their supervisor in regular meetings. Each fellow will be encouraged to contribute their perspective of their day to day experiences. Skills and Qualifications An established curiosity and enthusiasm for pursuing a career in opera. Basic music reading skills are necessary: o Must be able to follow a piano/vocal score while hearing the music. o It is not necessary to be able to play an instrument or sing. Must be able to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, with some weeks of work with hours up to 60 per week. Regular attendance and timeliness are essential to the success of this fellowship. Proficiency with basic computer programs. Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, climb stairs, talk, and hear. Frequently required to navigate in unfamiliar and constantly changing terrain, at times in low light situations.
