What You'll Be Doing
Financial Operations & Reporting
Manage accounting processes including payroll, A/R, A/P, reconciliations, and monthly closes.
Produce timely P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Deliver forecasts and cash flow projections to guide business decisions.
Ensure regulatory compliance on taxes, HR, and insurance.
Partner with external advisors (CPA, tax, auditors, banks) as needed.
Budgeting & Strategic Planning
Establish and enforce team and company budgets.
Provide financial modeling for hiring, compensation, and major investments.
Support large strategic initiatives with ROI analysis.
Efficiency & Risk Mitigation
Identify inefficiencies, waste, or risks and help implement improvements.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5-7+ years of progressive finance experience, including as Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accountant.
Strong understanding of GAAP, compliance, and tax obligations for small businesses.
Proven track record managing end-to-end accounting cycles in a professional services or SaaS/digital agency environment.
Expertise with QuickBooks and Google Sheets; familiarity with Asana, HubSpot, and Stripe is a plus.
Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for leadership and non-financial teams.
High integrity, attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive information.
Comfortable balancing hands-on accounting with strategic advising.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a candidate for a key project leadership role leading project controls operations for an AI data center campus of unprecedented scale (1 GW+). Summary
The Senior Manager, Accounting is responsible for managing a team of accountants and the financial systems administrator. Essential Functions
* Leads the corporate accounting team which consists of managers, senior accountants and staff accountants, supporting continued development of team members
* Manages the Financial Systems Administrator and ensures key financial systems, including the general ledger system, meet accounting requirements; contributes to the design and validation of financial system changes to maintain proper controls and compliance with various requirements
* Oversees the general (corporate) accounting function, which includes the accurate and timely monthly close cycle; communicates effectively with FP&A and Accounting/Finance leadership to anticipate, record and analyze financial results
* Plans and directs various projects for the accounting team in furtherance of Company strategy and continuous improvement
* Ensures policies, procedures and internal controls are in place to provide reasonable assurance that company assets are protected, and accounting is recorded in accordance with company policies and US GAAP
* Manages the balance sheet including establishing account reconciliation procedures, reviewing monthly/quarterly account reconciliations and other documents to ensure compliance
* Coordinates with the Controller and Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting team to plan and oversee work relating to external audits and other periodic reviews of the company financial records

Job Summary
The Manager, FP&A is responsible for supporting the Network Services team through the budget, forecast, and monthly close cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. You'll be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting key initiatives such as M&A, integrations, budgeting, tax, and audit activities.What you'll do:
Ensure all accounting practices in the division are in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and with Management Reporting
Analyze financial statements to identify any discrepancies and adjust for completeness and accuracy
Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and trial balance maintenance
Prepare journal entries monthly for entities within the division
Report on KPIs for the division (such as Bookings & Backlog reporting)
Support and assist QuickBase and QuickBooks Enterprise integration activities as needed; partner with UFT IT
Partner with the Sales Operations team as they develop their Shared Service team on behalf of the Division
Partner with the/AR Shared Service team as they develop their processes and controls within the division, along with the Division Controller and Assistant Controller.
Completing Vena month-end close procedures and reviews for entities within the Division
Assisting Division Controller with budgeting and forecasting
Assisting Division Controller on an Ad Hoc basis
Support Mergers & Acquisitions within the East Division; Support with integration and on-boarding activities
Inventory balance review - work with stockroom team for annual physical count, as necessary
Prepare financials and conduct first review with Company management
Annual, process 1099s to vendors, as needed
Prepare and present documentation for the East entities for the annual UFT external audit
Provide any necessary support to the tax team regarding sales tax filing and payments, and Federal & State Income tax returns

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Department: Finance Location: Miami, Florida Reports To: Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at Global Crossing Airlines, the leading provider of on-demand and scheduled charter air service. This high impact role is pivotal in supporting strategic decision-making through in-depth financial analysis, budgeting/ forecasting, and reporting. You will provide key financial insights that influence operational decisions, fleet utilization strategies, and customer contract evaluations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation or transportation finance, excellent modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, fleet strategy, customer contract pricing, and long-range planning.
Conduct variance analysis of actual results vs. budget/forecast and provide recommendations for improvement.
Analyze monthly performance, including revenue from charter contracts, aircraft utilization, crew costs, and fuel efficiency.
Analyze operating metrics, cost trends, and revenue streams to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Commercial, Technical Operations and Network Planning to evaluate business cases and capital investments.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Support the development of the airline's annual operating plan and strategic initiatives.
Evaluate the financial performance of routes, fleet utilization, fuel costs, and other operational KPIs.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with internal controls.
Utilize business intelligence tools and ERP systems to automate and improve reporting processes.
Support ad hoc projects including route feasibility, aircraft acquisition analysis, and pricing optimization.
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments that may impact financial performance.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the airline or transportation industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, scenario planning\).
Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and corporate finance principles.
Experience with ERP and business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, Sage, Cube).
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a keen eye for operational detail and cost drivers.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA).
Knowledge of airline economics, and KPI strategies.
Familiarity with Part 135 or Part 121 operations and charter-specific metrics such as ACMI, Revenue/Block Hour, Sub-Service, Aircraft Utilization/Availability , Yield/Block hour.
