The opportunity:
We're hiring FIFO (Fly In / Fly Out) Casual Chefs from Perth to join our Relief Pool Team, providing swing coverage at remote WA mine sites.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality meals across Breakfast, Crib, and Dinner-while proudly upholding ISS's reputation for excellence and creating memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.
Casual FIFO role - flexible swings based on site needs and your availability
Hourly rate between
$30 - $40.
Meals, accommodation and uniforms included whilst on site (Steel cap boots included)
Ongoing support and training with opportunities to grow within a large global company
Mental, Financial and Physical health support programs
Casual line chefs will be considered first for any full-time vacancies before external advertising

To be considered:
Must have Australian Trade Qualification of Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher
Proven experience as a chef in high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service.
Experience in mining village operations (Desirable)
Must have with a strong ability to meet client expectations for food quality, presentation, and strict adherence to food safety and HACCP standards.
Unrestricted work rights in Australia
Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
Must pass a Pre-employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
Driver's License/ Photo ID required
Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.

An exciting Drive-In-Drive-Out opportunity exists for Qualified and Experienced Chefs to work on a 2&1 roster with our Resources Operations Team in the Kimberley.
