We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support daily logistics operations at our medium-sized print facility. This entry-level role is responsible for receiving, handling, staging, and shipping incoming and outgoing materials. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with established shipping deadlines.
Job Summary:
Assists mailroom staff and customers. Maintains the mailroom by keeping the environment clean, organized, and stocked.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assists with incoming and outgoing mail service.
Sorts, logs, and distributes mail and packages.
Processes outbound mail, assists customers with mail services, completes proper documents for all mail services, explains services, and suggests appropriate services to meet customers' requirements.
Assists with mail/package deliveries across campus as needed.
Resupplies components on the mail meter and related equipment as necessary.
Forwards and returns mail to sender as appropriate.
Maintains a clean and organized working environment.
Dusts and cleans surfaces, floors, and machinery throughout the mailroom, restocks, and organizes supplies.
Assists with counter sales.
Assists with the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly mailroom supply inventory and statistical tracking.
Using a computer or other designated equipment, enters and assists with the processing of orders.
Required Skills/Abilities:

The Physical Therapy Assistant Provides clinical physical therapy treatments for program participants on acute, restorative and maintenance levels as needed. Follows the treatment plan as per Registered Physical Therapist assessment and documented care plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate from a physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Colorado.
Minimum of one-year experience working with the frail or elderly population required.
Minimum of one year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
Good working knowledge of physical, psychosocial and behavioral needs of the elderly population.
Able to understand medical terminology and how it applies to physical therapy, to communicate with participants, staff, IDT and physicians, and how to prepare meaningful reports.
Ability to communicate with the participants to establish favorable attitude to motivate the participants to desired cooperation and effort in his/her rehabilitation development.
Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform physical therapy treatments and related duties as may be delegated by the physical therapist.
Communicate Participant's changes and progress per treatment plan on a regular basis to Registered Physical Therapist.
Maintain proper documentation according to state, federal PACE regulations.
Maintain proper records according to PACE policy and procedures.
Perform and record, if required, as specified by the planned treatment program, non-evaluative on-going data: Measurements of vital signs, range of motion, strength and linear increments; Types of assistive mobility devices used, and the distances covered; Results of tests and evaluations performed by the registered physical therapist.
Respond to psych-social support needs of the participant and/or the participant's family.
Communicate appropriately and effectively with all personnel and to document according to professional standards.
Keep timely records, meet regularly with the Registered Physical Therapist and attend care conferences as requested.
Participate in patient care conferences and other rehabilitation related meetings as appropriate.
Communicate with Registered Physical Therapist and IDT members regarding patient progress, problems and plans.
Participate in in-service training programs for all staff in the facility.
Instruct participant and family members and nursing staff in restorative and therapeutic maintenance programs.
Abides by regulations pertaining to PACE as established by Federal and State Agencies and the Volunteers of America Health Facilities policies.
Attends required in-services & completes assigned online modules.
Perform other duties as assigned.

In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of business tax compliance, tax planning, and accounting activities. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Business tax law, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Serve as a valued advisor to clients, offering effective solutions to address their accounting and tax needs.
Review tax returns and related financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance for projects you manage and/or sign.
Develop and communicate review comments, suggestions, and tax return changes to tax preparers that meet tax compliance guidelines.
Develop tax planning strategies, identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and optimize client financial outcomes.
Maintain an advisory and consultative relationship with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for addressing their questions and concerns.
Proactively anticipate and address client needs that align with firm services (including cross-selling), building confidence and credibility.
Engage with taxing authorities to gather information for federal, state, and local tax audits, as needed.
Expand expertise in identified specialties, including industry and tax return types. Be a resource for team members within those specialties, providing support and recommendations.
Develop expertise in the business and industry of clients.
Your Qualifications:
A CPA license
3-10 years of tax accounting work experience in a public accounting environment.
Experience in public accounting, having successfully managed multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
A strong work ethic and a desire to provide exceptional service to clients.

Support multiple business units, including retail and property operations
Contribute to financial controls, procedures, and process improvements
Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ years of accounting experience (industry experience in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, distribution, or field-services is helpful but not required)
Strong general ledger and reconciliation skills
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ComputerEase, QuickBooks, CounterPoint, or Renterra is a plus
A proactive, resourceful working style with the ability to take ownership and follow through
Interest in growing into a senior accounting leadership role
