Compensation
Base compensation for this role is negotiable/competitive and can range widely based on experience and performance during the interview process and projected revenue contributions (between $90,000.00 - $150,000.00+). Commissions you earn based on selling our full suite of FM/IFM support services are up to 13% and completely uncapped.
Benefits include:
Seven paid holidays as well as 23 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year accrued at a rate of 3.54 hours at the end of each week worked to be used at the employee's discretion for vacation, personal or sick days in accordance with IST company guidelines.
Position is remote with the exception of supporting client relationships - air travel is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate from a physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Colorado.

Respond to psych-social support needs of the participant and/or the participant's family.
Communicate appropriately and effectively with all personnel and to document according to professional standards.
Keep timely records, meet regularly with the Registered Physical Therapist and attend care conferences as requested.
Participate in patient care conferences and other rehabilitation related meetings as appropriate.
Communicate with Registered Physical Therapist and IDT members regarding patient progress, problems and plans.
Participate in in-service training programs for all staff in the facility.
Instruct participant and family members and nursing staff in restorative and therapeutic maintenance programs.
Abides by regulations pertaining to PACE as established by Federal and State Agencies and the Volunteers of America Health Facilities policies.
Attends required in-services & completes assigned online modules.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Prepare CAD drawings based on customer and/or sales specifications and project estimates; determine scale and perform mathematical calculations.
* Specify material, hardware, electrical/lighting specifications and building techniques in accordance with customer requirements and Sparks manufacturing standards.
* Prepare CAD drawings for shop fabrication and onsite setup, including part layouts for CNC.
* Archive completed projects and perform all relevant administration functions.
* Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while hitting all critical timeline milestones.
* Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
* Trade School or degree in related field such as architecture, BS in Engineering or Technology.
* Minimum 5+ years of Exhibit Industry experience using recent releases of AutoCAD and producing 2D and 3D shop drawings.
* Ability to work independently to create drawings based on limited information, providing workable solutions to highly imaginative design challenges.
* Create drawings following established company standards and guidelines; ensuring design is in line with bid and build-ability constraints.
* Experience in high quality exhibit fabrication, architectural millwork, graphics and cabinetry build-out.
* Knowledge of a variety of construction and finish materials including metals, plastics, fabrics, woods, and laminates.

Compensation
Base salary is negotiable and competitive and may range widely based on your success in e-Discovery/litigation support sales and your own projection revenue ($85,000.000 - $200,000+ USD/yr). Commissions you earn based on selling our full suite of litigation support services are up to 16% and completely uncapped.
